This is why social media is terrible. You get spoiled little brothers and sisters (steph & Albert)that have more money then god that have nothing better to do then go an bash an amazing store because they could not wait for their item. These are the first people who we have had to deal with like this. You can ask any of our other hundreds of repete customers about root and they will all verify that everything is false. And when your purchase furniture its normally 3-6 weeks. Thats anywhere and when the items arrived these people were out of the country in their fifth home and refused to answer.. just to clarify. And miss steph. The line of business you are in would not like to see your harassment and garbage on social media isnt that their code. You people have wayyyyy to much time on your hands . Have a nice day ;0) NOTICE ALL SHE DOES IS SIT THERE AND GIVE EVERYONE BAD REVIEWS. Even CVS.. wowwwwwww get a lifeeeeeeeeee

Horrible customer service. Took close to 6 months for an order that was promised in 2 months. Wont let customers exchange furniture for store credit or a refund. After repeated attempts to ask about where the furniture was and how long it would take, they just kept pushing back expected delivery. No communication at all throughout the process. They will take advantage of you, dont waste your time going in this store.

Really terrible experience. Placed a huge order and was told our items would arrive in May, most likely, but at worst June. The paperwork says that if your order is not delivered by the promised time you can request a full refund. Its September and not only do I not have my furniture, the owner has become unresponsive.

Excellent furniture. Great Customer Service with timely and expert delivery. Furniture is so comfortable and well made when you sit you dont want to get back up. I would give 10 stars if possible.
