Never before in my life have I experienced such efficient customer service. My wife of 12 years has a loose disk in her thoracic vertebrae, requiring an upgrade from our old mattress (which in my opinion is more than a few years past its prime). Luckily for us, Mike made us feel right at home from the second we arrived at Mattress Firm! His positive can-do attitude made this boring task quick and painless. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome.

Great store, great people, great products!! Bought a new mattress for my husband and I there last summer and have been sleeping so well that when my son needed one, that was the first place I thought of going. Mike was fabulous - talked my teenage son through the process and was friendly and patient. In under an hour, the deal was done and everyone was happy. Highly endorse and recommend - will definitely go back!

It was a great experience buying a mattress here. I had a couple of urine stains on my old bed so I had to cop a new mattress. Also, my girlfriend was complaining about the stench. Thankfully, I bought a new mattress and our relationship is going strong. Shout out to Mike for the help with picking the right mattress and saving my relationship.
