Decent selection for a store that small, but the staff is bad. Very nasty attitude. If you make a preorder they make you feel bad if you do not purchase dlc or season passes instead of thanking you for your purchase. Every time i go in they have some sort of comment to make about whether they agree with my purchase or not or how a different system is better than what ive got. Management team has no professional standards. Teammates will engage in personal conversation with each other and let you stand in front the of the counter until their done talking before they check you out. I took my daughter to the Batman midnight and there was a young lady behind the counter wearing a cat woman outfit, but she had the zipper very far down and practically half of each breast was exposed. i could probably draw them verbatim that how much i saw. i did NOT appreciate that. this is not a porn convention, this is a midnight. if you are going to dress like cat woman do not be inappropriate especially as an employee. Every time i go in it feels like i am making some dirty back ally transaction. Most other game stops at least have a friendly staff.

Usually go here for all gaming needs, but Ill be driving over to cocoa for now on! Stood at the front desk for 10 minutes, trying to get the woman that was having a conversation on the store phone about her cell phone plan, she even acknowledged me, then turned her back and walked away talking. I got better business at the pawn shop I went to and paid less at. Very rude, and it honestly doesnt surprise me from GameStop.

My original review was from a year ago. In that time it has greatly changed. Chazz/chad is a VERY good Mgr. Always on point. Staff is pretty decent..Im very pleased how theyve upgraded since the "regional district guy" was around. Trade value is corporate. These guys cant control it..

Great place to shop for video games if you prefer your games on disc. They always have a cheaper version of the game you want but pre-owned and a little cheaper. If you prefer your games on disc, it is a great way to buy games and enjoy them and then trade them in for new games.

1..box had lots of ants in it.. 2 I asked if I would need Internet to start up and they said "no, its pre owned so everything should be fine" I work on a ship and easy Internet access isnt a luxury...
