These people are rip off artists! They charged me $75 looked at my DLP TV,just LOOKED at it,told me I had a bad color wheel,without even using a meter to check it,and wanted $300 to fix it!Then he said he could tell by listening to it that it needed to be replaced,so I replaced the color wheel myself for $87,only to find out that there was NOTHING wrong with the one I replaced! That guy must think his ears are Bionic!After that I called them for 3 days and after being blown off after 5 calls they said they would call me RIGHT BACK,well they never did,so today I called,and the RUDE person I talked told me to get lost! I do not need the trouble or I would go to their shop and snatch that worm by neck and shake my $75 out of him,but his ears are so good he would hear me coming and have plenty of time to lock the door! They are VERY unprofessional,I should have made them leave when I saw them pull in my driveway in the old beat up Toyota pick up they were in! Dont waste your money on these CON-ARTISTS,it is a matter of time until they have there asses beat or end up in jail!

STAY AWAY!!!! This place is terrible in every way!! I brought my TV there to have it repaired and over a month later it was still not repaired. ARW claimed they were waiting on the part to come in however they never bothered to contact me and let me know this. I finally told them to not even bother repairing it I just wanted my TV back and suddenly the part appeared. ARW puts the part in without my authorization at this point and tries to charge me over $500. I told him to take that part right back out and give me my TV. The owner told me I owed $320 (without the part or it being repaired) and THREATENED me if I didnt pick it up that day and pay for it he would throw my TV out. What kind of business is this??? A bad one!! Beware and stay away this place is an awful place of business. When you threaten a customer with throwing their personal property out for reasons that is the businesses fault...not a good situation. I will never even consider using this place again and I will be spreading the word as to how awful ARW, his employees and the owners are.

ABSOLUTE BEST TV SERVICE EVER!!! No complaints at all!! Called with question about my TV and got a same day service call, no waiting till next week or having to load up my TV to bring to them... He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and knew exactly what the problem was and advised of the best and most cost effective way to repair my TV! FANTASTIC!

Terrible outdated typical mom and pop shop no way to track repairs and they make you chase them down for information instead of them calling or sending an email with repair / status updates. $75 diagnostic fee then good luck if you ever hear from them again.

EXCELLENT - ARW has been the repair company for me.The showed up promptly and repaired my TV at a rate that I felt was fair. They analyzed the problem right away. My TV was repaired overnight. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need.
