My first time in the store, Jerry asked me to wait because he was finishing something. I waited and waited for 15 minutes and then another customer walks in. Amanda the girl that works in the sprint section, knew nothing and had no knowledge what that customer needed. So Jerry finishes and goes and helps the other customer and all Cheery and happy and Im just standing there looking at him and waiting when Ill be helped! So he finishes helping the customer that walked in after me and shows no interest in helping me. Amanda didnt know anything at all, and put zero effort in even asking me if I needed help, and she continues to do her thing. Very poor Customer Service, and I will never recommend anyone to that Radio Shack on Columbia Blvd , in Titusville. Very rude! Also this wont let me post my comment until I click on a star!

Chris the manager was rude to my 66 yr old wife when she returned an unopened item, telling her he was not going to refund anything, that we should have found the item for a cheaper price before we came to radio shack. He finally saw the error of his ways and made the refund. NOT A PROFESSIONAL MANAGER. we will never shop at a radio shack again.

Many times when I go to this Radio Shack they are either out of stock or they dont stock many of the Radio Shack items
