OK, so I dont normally do these reviews but I think this is necessary...They say a happy customer will tell 3 friends about good service but a mad one with tell 10, and this gets more exaggerated by the internet unfortunately. I will not say this store is amazing, but it is what it is. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand or be your body guard, dont go to Walmart...but if you are looking for low prices and wide variety then this is the place typically. The restrooms are not a place to eat off the floor, but if you need to do your business and get out, they have been good enough for that the times I have had to use them. They are generally stocked on the things they can order...they can not control if other companies run out and they have to wait on products...and unless you catch someone in a bad mood (they are human after all, so it happens), they are usually pretty helpful. No, I dont work there, but I do see things pretty realistically I think and seeing so many negative reviews I had to give it one realistically. (There is a smell to the parking lot though, always has been...I told my husband I think it is a combination of urine and cigarette smoke, or "the lingering scent of the Cocoa Walmart"...it is what it is).

Has to be one of the most disgusting Walmart locations, and store for that matter, that Ive ever been in. The bathrooms in this place make you want to throw up. They have caked on dirt, all over the sinks, that obviously hasnt been cleaned in months. On top of that, they are usually always out of soap and paper towels. What are their employees washing their hands with? If you think thats dirty, I wonder how it looks in the back? After seeing the bathroom, Id be very surprised if this store passed its inspections. I recently purchased a yogurt here that went bad the day I purchased it! On top of all that, this store has that terribly ugly orange/brownish concrete floor that makes you so depressed, you just cant wait to get out of there. Skimping on toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and paint, can you get any cheaper than that? I mean, Walmart has low prices, though theyre not that low. In fact, I think Ive shopped at Walmart for the last time.

This particular Wal-Mart has taken loss prevention to a new level. They post "security" guards at each exit instead of the greeters you find at other location. They will demand to see your receipt and try to touch the items you purchase. I always politely refuse, but its the assumption of guilt that they take with their customers that is incredible off-putting. In the evening they shut off half of the self-checkout lanes so they can watch the customers more closely. They hardly ever have more than 2-3 registers open, even at their busiest. Whoever is running this location is running it like a frugal jerk. Hire more people, and ditch the "security" guards. They have lost this customer for life. I will gladly take a bit longer of a drive and goto Target over this Wal-Mart. Heck, any Wal-Mart is better than this location.

Poor service at automotive, was lied to told my tire had to be replaced and couldnt be repaired. My dad plugged it in his home workshop and its working great. As with any Walmart it is often hard to find help but I have also had some great staff helpers too. Deli workers dont seem to want to be there. Meat department workers have always been great. Electronics workers are so/so. Very hard to find help in crafts. Not impressed by the third party security guards. Seems they target minorities and treat them with unfair scrutiny that I, as a white woman have never been treated. That bothers me a great deal.

To be honest... The staff members are not friendly, they are always understaffed it seems, not enough checkout lines are open... EVER. Going in the self-checkout lines are just as bad if not worse when trying to leave the store while on a tight schedule. Also, dont plan on most of the staff to be eager to assist you with any help you may need when encountering an issue a checkout. You can can see the pure lack of enthusiasm and drive to be working at that moment. However, the staff in Electronics are awesome and always prompt/friendly.

Bad experience... Got in a line at 9:50pm waited in line 5 min when cashier decides she is closing and tells me and 2 other people we need to go. Look around and all thats open is self check and one other lane. Call the manager from line in which phone rings for 5 min before he answers and states lines were closed because most people got off at 10. After about 5 min or so they decide to open another lane. Very poor customer service to send people away that are already in line and then laugh when I say thats great customer service.

I looked up a product on the Walmart website and called this store to see if it was in stock. The only Number on their website is the Walmart number. I asked the person who answered the phone to look it up and explained that the only number there is the Walmart number no ISBN number. But she was only able to look it up by ISBN. Im not sure why theres this huge disconnect when trying to get information on a product and she couldnt look it up by name or description. So I am off to Lowes.

No body out on floors to help find things assist disabled. shelfs not always stocked. 1$ 4 cup great value yogart jumped to $1.82 wtf 70% increase. going to Merritt island store sadly I live next door to the 524 Sr store. the $ people in M.I. get service sy there store, poor cocoa get diddle sqwat. I send ithis to the big boy Walton but I have my doubt hed even listen. Ive told my story to the cocoa store management over and over now Im done.

The service here is deplorable. I literally had the cashier close her drawer and walk away after serving the gentleman in front of me everything I went for was out of stock their parking lot was under construction which made parking a pain and there had been a shooting in their parking lot that morning when I called to talk to a manager it took 12 mins to get someone on the phone save yourself the hassle and find a better store

It was a basic Walmart super store so had all of the prices and items you would expect in the home, clothes, personal item, and grocery sections. I thought the layout was good and you had room to maunuver around with out bumping into other people or stacks of things in the aisles. The store was clean and well stocked and the staff did their jobs fine. I had occasion to make a return and it was hassle free.

I will never order online and pick up at this store! My 1st experience I waited a long time after pushing the button. Finally someone walked by and I asked them to get help. Giving a 2nd try, I waited even longer. The assistant manager ended up helping and I explained how longed we waited, she never apologized or acknowledged what I was saying! Terrible customer service!
