Went in to get an FM interruption aux cord installed and absolutely could not have had better service. Tom in the installation department helped me right away: explained the product options for what I was looking for, took me to the product I needed, got me checked out, and scheduled an appointment for installation the same day. I dropped my car off for the installation, Tom gave a great estimate on the time it would take, so I left and came back before he finished and saw him taking really, really great care of my vehicle and its contents. He tested the product for me and explained how to use it thoroughly. At the end, he admitted that he lost a little button on the console of my vehicle (a minor piece, about 1 square centimeter in size) and was sincerely apologetic. After digging through the installation garage today, he called me an hour after I left to tell me he couldnt find the piece anywhere, but he had already ordered a replacement for me and would pick the piece up and bring it to me at my convenience on his day off tomorrow! Really an excellent Best Buy experience. Will likely get another aux cord installed by Tom at this Best Buy because I had such a great experience.

NO STAR!!!!!!! Terrible experience dealing with customer service at Best Buy Bluffton. They have no manager (trying to hire one) and the staff gets a paycheck at the end of the week whether you like them or not. There is no company pride, no pride as an employee. I waited 5 days for a delivery. I confirmed in the morning that it was coming in the afternoon. No call, no show by 5PM. No one would return my call asking about the delivery. I was put on frustrating "holds" four times. I finally drove in and asked for a refund which took 15 minutes to produce. They placed no value on me as a customer and no value on my afternoon wasted. They made no attempt to "make it up somehow" with a discount or even a firm promise of eventual delivery. Awful, awful. Do not shop there and expect anyone to assist you with the problems for which they are responsible.

I only gave them 1 star because I cant give them zero. I purchased a Bluetooth adapter that was defective. It wouldnt even turn on! I didnt realize this until about a week after I bought it. So I put it back in my car with the receipt and it took about a week for me to get back to the store (two kids and running a business makes it hard to run less important errands). When I finally made it back, they told me I was just past the 14 day return period. I asked if I could exchange it for one that worked and I got a very rude "No". As if she was annoyed i even asked. Ive spent a fortune at this store over the years. But they have lost all future business with me over a $30 purchase. Customer Service is everything. I would go out of business if I treated my customers like Best Buy treated me.

I wish I could give this store a zero! Very unprofessional the way this "team" handled things this morning. I called in advance to find out when the NES will be available and I was misled. No apology was given to me, all I kept hearing was thats not my fault or theres nothing I can do. I waited in line along with other people who were also misled that it was first come, first come, first served or that however many consoles that were delivered thats how many tickets you would hand out. Im being told tickets were given out at 4am. Who made that call? Dont answer that. Wasted too much time with this. Have a good day.

I went into the store to check out the stylus for Surface 3. I misplaced mine and didnt even remember what it looked like. The sales person was very helpful. Showed me the original and the new version. Explained the difference. I decided to look for mine before buying another one. I mentioned I had a certificate for $20. and he suggested that I buy ink, which I hadnt thought of. When I got to the cashier, I asked how I could find out if I had any rewards coming. He offered to check for me. I wound up with $40.00 off my purchase and only paid $6.31 out of pocket. That is 5 star service .

Geek Squad. So helpful! I was having trouble with my computer and brought it in to Geek Squad. I was met at the counter by a very friendly blonde boy. I cant for the life of me remember his name. Anyways, I hand him my computer and within minutes he has fixed the problem! And at a mere 200 dollars I might add! He downloaded a program called altF4 and got rid of the virus. Kids these days are so tech savvy! Thank you geek squad for saving me!

Bought 2 Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus from this location. Man am I so glad I went in this store and stayed away from Verizon. The young man that helped me was so attentive to detail, and he appreciated the fact that I had done my homework prior to arriving. When you do this, it just makes for an easier transaction. He was friendly, we chatted about random stuff...I will never go back to verizon to do an upgrade, Thanks Best Buy

I want to point out one person that stands out as truly exceptional!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TY who works in the tv department who is the only one I recommend to see. Every time I walk into that store I find him and he stops what he is doing to go above and beyond to help me out. I dont think he should be sales I think he should be the store manager!!!!!!!! I just want to say thank you and you have my business for life.

I was at Best Buy on 8/10/2017 in Bluffton SC in the evening. The only reason Im giving my experience a 5 star is because of Will at checkout. No one else would assist me in the store. Will went above and beyond to help me and navigate me through the store. His humor and positive attitude completely made my day! This employee is a super star!

They sell guitar strings at Best Buy. Really, really good guitar strings. Customer service in the music department is exceptional. A clean facility, helpful staff, and smiling faces abound for your shopping pleasure. Instruments are available for the asking and great care and attention to detail are exhibited in most every way by personnel.

Typical"big box" electronics store. The selection is limited to a few of the major brands that you can purchase cheaper at on-line stores and stores such as Sams and Costco. Geek Squad prices are on the high side. Some very knowledgeable salespeople, some not so much. Cheaper if you can wait a few days and purchase online.

They hardly answer the phone, and when they do they give you the wrong information, as does their website, and flyers. They dont back anything up. The sold me an already returned home theater that never worked properly, and then treated me horribly when I wanted it replaced. Worst Best Buy I have ever been to.
