Corrupt and slowly dying business model. They offer way to little for trade-in and you can often do better with other stores. They charge too much for used copies, often brand new copies can be had for cheaper from Amazon. Still, the employees are friendly and helpful which is something.

Got the wrong information over the phone, wasted time and gas. This place is a rip off and the employees apparently dont know how to treat or talk to customers. Go somewhere else if possible.
