I go here very often for cords, cases, little things like that. Theyre always helpful and coming to assist immediately. Today when I went in just with a questionabout the insurance policy the manager, hector, was very helpful in not only answering my question, which the answer was no, as expected, but then helped me despite my financial situation. I was very fortunate to be speakjng to someone that had that power, and very fortunate he is a caring and helpful man. Id recomend anyone goes to this radio shack over another. Youre likely to get much better service.

I boight a cable signal booster. When I connected tge four outlets, I noticed that one of the terminal was loose. It could not be tightened and it appeared to be rotating inside, which coukd potentially damage connections inside. I wanted to exchange, but when I went back to the shop, the sales agent refused. He mentioned that all sales are final. This product was defective when bought and that rule shoukd not apply. I will never go back again.
