I when to the store at the Falls Shopping Center on my bicycle worth $3200.00. The shopping center has a security rule about bicycle that is narrow minded (like some managers at the store) and of they associated bicycle with underpay individuals and try to keep them out of the premisses. Well I went for 2(two) reasons. 1(one) to return a $1550 MacBook Air because of importing laws on another country and 2(two) to ask for some gestures that have disappear on my First Generation iPad both got resolve by a very capable floor person and a old friend working as a genius. The problem appears as I was leaving, early I have been ask to bring the bicycle insight for save keeping during my visit by a very nice blue shirt with permission from the manager (some one) 10 minutes after arrive I was approach by a blue shirt girl that told me I can not retrieve my bicycle to go home I explain to her that I was leaving and that I have permission for my bicycle to be there and that I couldt understand, and I ask for the manager there she pointed to her chest were they carry the business card but there was nothing at plate them, she figured that I could not see nothing and nervously reach on the back of the name plate and show me a card that read Mia Amato manager.and right there she became insolent and ask me to go around the shopping center for about a mile on the hot Miami sun so I could ring the bell again and retrieve my bicycle. Well I am 63 years of age and a bit lazy and beside I was invited so I gently ask her to considered what she is asking me, there she realize that me leaving was going to take less than 30 seconds and about 8 feet an choose to aloud me to take the short road. She has also set up a corus of 8 blue shirt for intimidation and call store security to end the show. All that because my bike is worth $3200 and she probably ride the bus to work. If she new that in 6 month at the store when the shirt were pretty I give Apple $750.000.00 Dollars in sale toping even the lousy commercial account guy at the time of my departure maybe she will act different.

HORRIBLE!!! This place is always over crowded, they tell you to make sure your taken care of to make an appointment before coming. you have to come 20 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, personally i think you should check in 20 minutes after your appointment time. ive been waiting for a little over an hour from my appointment to be seen! im actually writing this review from inside the store! Suggestion to the store, if youre going to have people waiting for over an hour or even 30 minutes the least you guys could do is offer refreshments. i bought my iphone5 64gb here and when they took it out of the box it was dead so if it would have arrived at my house it would have been a DOA, i requested a different phone before activation and was refused to get one. they used the excuse that they only sell about 3 a month so whichever one they would give me would be dead. oh well i had to wait for it to charge and take it. i get home and try to connect it to my jawbone bluetooth but the bluetooth on the phone doesnt work, i bring it to the store and they take it to the back and somehow connect it to some bluetooth speaker and say nothing is wrong. i go home and find that it works whenever it feels like working... unfortunately i began to have the same problem of the bluetooth with the wifi and brought it back and they said it was also working fine. Which it doesnt!! finally the power button stopped working and thats when they decided to change it because its under warranty. horrible 1 1/2 hour wait after my appointment.. and BTW the staff is horrible and just want to send you from one person to another!!! avoid this apple store at all cost!!!

I bought an i phone to my girl but then yesterday (6 months after purchase) it broke down so we took it there to fix it and guess what, we waited there for 4 hours and we had a 10 years old with us so u can imagine. After so long i asked a manager what was going on and not only he said that the waiting was normal but i pointed to him that even dough there were like 50 employees that 90 % of them were talking to each other instead of working, obviously he defended his people and when my turn came the person who took care of our situation (a very nice guy) said to me that he was taking care another costumer before us because he called my name and we didnt answer, i was next to him the whole time i said that he never call my name because i havent move from the one he was talking to who was 1 feet away for the last 4 hours, they dont even have a restroom for custuner, we have to use the one for the employees but with a lady security gard watching us all the time, a really unconfortable situation. Overal that was the second time and the last i visit that place or any apple store, their system sucks big time.

Unfortunately I had a really terrible at this Apple store today. I made an appointment with the genius bar because my phone has suddenly stopped working properly. I cant make or receive phone calls, the phone glitches and freezes, and both speakers are non functioning. The woman who "helped" me was anything but helpful. She was incredibly rude and condescending. She told me it was my fault because I had filled up the storage. I told her that didnt make sense with the types of issues it was having. But she rudely insisted that I was wrong. She then said that I simply had to back up the phone on my computer and reset and delete all the content. When telling me how to do this, she was incredibly snarky and condescending, talking to me as if I were a child, making me repeat things and scolding me for not knowing the purposes of the different steps. Long story short, I got home, did everything she said, and Im still having all the same problems. It fixed nothing. I will not be coming again since she also informed me that any further repair from there store I would be charged for.

I cant even begin to say how grateful and how much it meant to be first greated by Danys who saw me walk in as distressed looking as I feel and was so swift to introduce me to Casandra. Casandra not only understood the technical issue but also my personal state of mind. She followed protocal and accommodated my daughter and I in the best posible way till my tech person was assigned. Amira was assigned to my issue, not only was she professional and informative but took extra care, went above and beyond her duty to make us feel comfortable and taken care of as soon as possible. She did an amazing job getting us on our way with the ultimate care and professionalism. I commend #applestorethefalls for having such amazing folks. Thank you

I bicycled down to the Falls Apple store to buy an AppleTV 3rd gen A1469 Rev A because I understand it can stream from an iPhone or iPad via peer to peer without being connected to a wireless network. Everything I read on Apples information tells me this is so, but the personnel at the store told me this was impossible. Nobody seemed willing to check on this for me. It was a long bike ride home unsatisfied. After researching it some more, Im convinced that the personnel at the store were wrong. You cant know everything, Im aware, but Im no novice. They should have checked further before dismissing me. They were as always very courteous and quick service, but in this case a little too quick, I think.
