If you ever want to be talked down too, overpay, and generally made to feel like you should be lucky if they allow you to pay them to work on your car, then please go to JRE Electronics on 9568 SW 40 Street (aka bird road). They have no concept of customer service. It will NEVER be their fault. Its either the product or your car model / year or you. They will sell you, collect and once they have your money thats when the real JRE will show you how bad they are. I made the mistake because of proximity but I should have gone ANYWHERE else. Please heed my warning and go ANYWHERE else. You will remember me if you dont and it will be too late as you will have lost your money. Ive only written less than 5 reviews of companies that I have dealt with in the past and this is my FIRST negative review. But I just left JRE for yet another repair under warranty (manufactures not theirs cause its never their fault) and Id rather install a new alarm and radio system (I spent over $2,000) than see their arrogant and ignorant faces again. I will never recommend them in my life, in fact I will discourage everyone I care for to NOT go there. Not because they suck which they do, but because I do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of. All the other reviews must be from friends and family. I am neither a friend nor family and if they would have been any good I wouldnt have had a problem saying they where, but NOTHING they did was any good. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Went in for a simple tint job and the work was HORRIBLE, worst Ive ever seen. The tints had tons of bubbles and cuts. I told them that the tint job was horrible and they needed to fix it. The sales guy got rude and upset because they did not want to take the time to correct the terrible job. They dont take responsibility for their bad work. They rush the work, do it horribly and want to move on to the next victim to get their money. They dont care about pleasing the customer and getting it right, they just want to overcharge you for bad tints and bad work. They are all rude. When I approached my vehicle I overheard the guy who was tinting my truck speaking with the sales guy, he said "Who knows more?, the client or us?" Right then and there I knew this was a hell hole of a place. The owner (an older man) then approached me yelling obscenities. I couldnt believe it. I then went inside to get my key to leave and another owner (his wife) Ximena then proceeded to tell me that her car was more expensive than my truck. WTH? What does that have to do with anything regarding my tints and their lousy work? These are low class people who are rude with no morals are overpriced, do horrendous work, and could care less about the customer. STAY AWAY! I for sure will NEVER go there again.

I came in to have an amp and 4 speakers installed to my car while keeping the factory radio. At the time I didnt know how to do it, but I figured with the ratings these guys had, I wouldnt have to care right away. Now a few months later, I got my hands on a sub, and I wanted to try out the install myself now that the hardest wiring is already done. When I look at my amp, I only saw 2 rca cables hooked up to the amp. I researched how the job I had should have been done. Basically for those of you that dont know, you have to install a device called a line-output converter so that the wires from the radio can be "converted" to RCA so you can hook it up to the amp. Now, here I look at my amp, I see the slider in 2 channel... 4 speakers, 2 channels. See the problem? And just now I go inside just to check, and the LOC is a two channel one. They had shoved 2 speakers per channel, and that isnt the way ot should be, cause now that I put the amp in 5 channel for the amp, and only my front speakers sound. Not happy. I had no idea they did this, and now I have to wait even longer to hear my new system

terrible company. these ppl "fixed" several circuit boards for treadmills for my company and did a TERRIBLE and UNSAFE job. the boards were burnt and the tracks/traces burnt up so what did they do? - just soldered a piece of wire in its place. took these boards elsewhere and found out how unsafe and unprofessional their repairs were. the other place i took them needed to know what caps JR used so i called them and was told "sorry thats our business what we use and not yours". so now i have to have him find out which caps were used. this "company" used capacitors that they rubbed the ID marks off of so there is no other way to tell. i was also paying about 250 bucks for EACH BOARD only to find out they did a terrible and UNSAFE and UNPROFESSIONAL fix. do not go to these guys. they are only in it for the money and wont help you when you really need it. i called the manufacturer of the treadmills and told them how the boards were "repaired" by JR, they suggested i report the company since there repairs are FIRE HAZARDS and are not in any way safe, so thats what i did.

Horrible business! I made an appointment for tints at 3 PM. I was told the car would be ready in 2 hours. 3 hours later, I asked the counter lady what the deal was. She didnt speak English (typical in Miami). So I went out back to see why a VW Beetle would take 3 hours for tints. My car had not even been touched! Apparently they had trouble putting tints in the car ahead of me. I wasnt given a heads up or anything! I took my car next door and they took care of me in an hour for $20 less! There were also two other guys (with "appointments") waiting for like 4 hours to correct a botched lighting system this crappy shop installed and a faulty camera they installed. They also talked crap about one customer who wouldnt buy their expensive alarm system since he had one he purchased online. This place does bad business, is expensive, and very unprofessional. Please save yourself the gas and your time!

Great customer service!!! Was recommended by my neighbor and several other friends. Went in to put tints on my new BMW. Was clueless on the whole tint thing and the gentleman helping me took his time to explain and show me the different tint films & tones. After my car was taken back I think I changed my mind about twice and Ricks customer service was always top notch. Once my car was ready he showed me the work & explained that any bubbles I might see would disappear in 3 days. Love my limo tints!!! I do recommend leaving your car and having someone drop you back off when your car is ready so you dont have to sit there and wait. The place does get very busy. Ive also changed my lights with them and til this day no complaints. Theyve always backed up their service.
