So I used the computer to print something ( keep in mind you are charged by the minute 30 cents) when I go to print which cost $12 the printer jams. There is only one person working he computer area and there is a line of people waiting... I wait for a good 5 minutes ( being charged .30 a minute) waiting for the man at the desk to help. Hes extremely busy so I ask another girl and she tells me the man is the only one that can help me because its not her area. So I turn off the computer since I already paid for the print. I was waiting in line for 30 minutes with people who were waiting even longer than I was when I see another staples worker in the computer area and I ask him for help and he replies with " Im not sure Im off the clock right now"..... well if youre off the clock why are you helping someone else??? It got to me waiting for 45 minutes when my mother became frustrated and wanted to see why it was taking so long. She then went to the manager who helped me get my papers to print finally. The amount of people in line frustrated complaining was ridiculous. There should be more than one person working the printing area. Do not come to this staples there were people waiting since I walked in the door. I repeat do not go to this staples. You wont be helped and when you do itll be out of frustration because you waited for 45 minutes to go and complain to a manager. The line was about 7 people wasting their time waiting for the man to finish off with other people. I will not be printing from this staples ever again. If you have things to do and not an hour to wait in line do not come here. The Office Depot by dadeland is much better.

Reasonable prices. Plenty of parking. I usually find what Im seeking here. To make a double sided copy, its $.23, but I can do it at the public library for $.20. Of course, the paper at Staples is sturdier, so its worth the few cents if I have to make music staff sheets or brochures. The customer service is hit or miss. Some employees are really friendly and helpful while others talk as if they were asking for a noogie. For example, I placed an order for a workbook a couple of weeks ago. There was some miscommunication because I never got a call from the store to let me know of its arrival. I called this store (#1778) and talked to a woman who, upon learning that I hadnt paid for the book yet, said in an obnoxiously nasal tone, "You have to Paaaaaaayyy for the book, Maam." I have to do no such thing, ha! How about I take my business up the road to Get Smart, where I dont have to Paaaaaaayyy for anything if I dont have my hands on it, where the extra dollar that they charge is worth the customer service? They have a nice selection of washi tape and fashion spiral bound notebooks. And thats all I have to say about that!

I love this staples! I go here a lot as I am always printing invitations from here. The service at the copy center is GREAT! I especially love dealing with Luis and Norman. They always have a great attitude despite the fact that they are usually packed with impatient people. They always manage to maintain their composure and continue to provide great cs to others and not take it out on you like other people would or could do. Definitely recommend! :)

Terrible customer service from mgr at Cutler Bay store Sean Singh! Very unprofessional and rude! Doesnt understand online order pickup! Didnt have merchandise, and didnt understand procedure either! Wasted my trip only to receive very bad attitude from mgr. Very bad experience at this store. Other customers complaining about very long times and no open registers too. Very, very bad customer service! Very bad attitude! Wont shop there again!

I tried calling at 6:21 on 11.5. Seems phone was set to not answer. Called three times and each time there was a click and disconnect rather than a voice and a greeting. The website said it closed at 7 pm. Not sure of what was happening. Usually find Staples reliable. Need some composition books for teaching on Monday and trying to find if the $1 ones on the website are in stock. I need 20.

Thieves steal your CC info online and use it in this store from across the country! What you expect South Florida! Tried to get information from store Manager, very limited. Would not even give last name to include with my fraud report for the bank. Just said "I give my first name". Not very helpful. Would never deal with this store, even if I lived there. Would go elsewhere!

Terrible attention and service. Manager at this store is no help whatsoever. I informed him that I signed up for my coupon for $10 off a $50+ purchase over 48 hours ago and he did nothing to help and wasted over 15 minutes of my time. Store is dirty and badly taken care of. Worst customer service ever! If I could give it negative stars I would. Very sad.

Horrible customer service on the fax and copy center. Yes its self service but only if I know how to do it. I even made the line to ask for help and the lady came try to help me set the fax on and left and the same I did I just left because I rather go to office max or Office Depot. Im not the type of person to write bad reviews but they derseve it.

it was me and one other customer me and the other customer where never greeted.they were too busy talking about their personal lives and when they finally did draw attention to me they left me with a dead end solution and no other option to take care of my problem needless to say youre better off going elsewhere

Very few employees so you dont have personal service apart from the fact that the few that they have are busy on their phones. One gentleman at the copy center was kind enough to tell me where I could find a product but did not bother to go with me and make sure I found it.

I love going there. I can just go when I need to print things out and they do it for me. Its fast and easy, so i can just walk in, they attend you and your out.They have what you need and the people there are nice and polite. I go there for my office supply needs all the time.

What a joke. $1.17 to use the computer for 2 MINUTES and print ONE BLACK AND WHITE page. Also, rude manager to her employees, screaming at them across the store in front of customers. Wont be coming back

Check your receipt carefully. I just bought three items there. When I checked my receipt, I noticed that for two of the items, I was charged a higher price than the price that was posted on the shelf.
