2 nd visit...Why even bother...Go someplace else save yourself a headache. It is clear this business is not interested in customer service. Spent over an hour with a girl who clearly had no idea what she was doing. I came back a few weeks later and was told by a different employee I could not make the type of copy I wanted to make from the self service. I had to go online. I did that created an account. only to get to he checkout and it would not work. So when I went into the store at 5pm why not just take care of the customer then? Now I finally made the order... creating a 3rd account and the copies I needed for 8am wont be ready until 8 pm... I stopped using Staples 4 years ago...I forgot why.. Absolutely the worst customer experience ever! That was easy... I will find someplace else tomorrow. I dont care it it costs a buck a copy...Goodbye Staples

I wanted to print photo and told this guy at printing service. He guided me to a printer and it prints a color print. When I goes back to this guy he said he couldnt print photo. I went to the Staples down port St lucid and printed the photo. This guy needs to learn how to serve customers.

Embarrassing go some other places. They are charging your card for looking at a computer with no internet connection and they say Im sorry we cannot do nothing. $2 from me 2 from you for no service and rude personal... Thats how you get reach this days.. This is stealing...

Came to Staples to print 3 pages. None of the stand alone printers would read my USB. I had to use the computer. When I selected to print in black and white it would print and charge for color. 1st and last time.
