I put on hold Devils Third for Wii U when it was released because that was the only store that had it in stock at the time... I drove 10 miles to get there because I dont live in Cutler Bay and I wanted the game.. to my surprise when I get there the employee told me he sold my game to another guy and asking me if I was the person who called from a mall when I did it from my home... I was really mad but the manager of the store promised me he would find another game for me in another store and he did, the bad thing is I had to drive 10 miles again to get the game the next day.. anyways at least the problem was solved but Im not pre-ordering or putting on hold anything from that store

Originally this GameStop used to be the best in this area, unfortunately the two females that seem to be the only employees left are extremely aggressive, ungrateful, and dont appear to have a single clue nor care about helping any of the customers inside. The few times Ive tried to use coupons or take care of simple exchanges/refunds, they have been extremely unhelpful and blatantly un-knowledgeable about GameStops current practices. The managers Ive spoke to at the other local stores are extremely confused by their behavior. Ive taken to traveling to the other stores and avoiding this one.

Amazing experience ! Glen was such a help, informed me on everything with my purchase, the customer service was excellent. He was very eager to answer any questions I had, such a relief to see people like him providing that great customer shopping experience. Great friendly customer service delivered in a prompt manner. All associates were knowledgeable about the products and went out of their way to assist me in my purchases. Would recommend and will definitely shop again. Easily one of the more accommodating and welcoming stores in the area.
