Está crítica es solo para la Customer Services que se encontraba ayer. Nos acercamos a su local el vendedor que atiende los electrodomésticos de cocina y yo, para preguntarle por un Rebate que no había recibido desde Septiembre. Delante de mí había una pareja. En el momento que llegamos ella no se encontraba. Llega y comienza a atender a la pareja. En un momento el vendedor le pregunta mi duda. Ella habla perfectamente el español. Yo le pregunto en español y le explico y ella me ignora completamente y vuelve a hablar inglés con el vendedor, le reclamo le digo por favor mi inglés es pobre y ella me contesta "No estoy hablando contigo sino con el" le respondí " Yo soy la customer" Ella hace un gesto de desprecio y sale y manda al vendedor a hablar con el manager. El manager aclaró todas mis dudas pero no la llamó a ella para recibir unas disculpas. Me despedí del Manager con la frase que "En mi pais, en este país no se puede discriminar a ninguna persona por su idioma, raza etc". Es una lástima que sucedan están cosas.

I went in to visit over Superbowl weekend to take advantage of one of the great TV deals intending to buy a Television/Soundbar combo. I made a purchase and I am happy with the product so far. Were Im not happy is the SHARK MENTALITY the employees have and force upon you with when inquiring about simple questions. While purchasing my TV I was being peddled to buy a warranty for my television. After 10 different ways of saying no and verbally telling the employee in kind words "Stop it please" he then gave me a white slip to take up front to purchase the TV. Now heres where things get real trickey. I noticed a small charge for 4.88 on my receipt. Apparently the employee tossed on a TV cleaner fluid to my order. Mind you, he never spoke to me about a TV cleaner nor was I offered one. If I didnt pay attention I wouldve purchased something with out knowing and not even taking the product home with me. I then spoke to the department manager (leave him nameless for now) about his employee and told him that doing business like this isnt acceptable. It fell onto DEAF ears. I honestly believe hes the ring leader of the bunch and sales tactics like those probably came from upper management. Well for speaking out they made me wait out of line for 15 minutes just to receive my money back while they continually rang customers up. Thats wrong on so many levels. Im somewhat knowledgeable about electronics but if youre a person with little to no knowledge about electronics do not buy from BRANDSMARTUSA. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR BUYING POWER. One thing to consider before going here before BestBuy or HH Gregg is that youre going to get MAULED by sharks desperate for a sale and as a costumer you might end up buying something you didnt want. BEWARE. PROS: Great deals.

Worst Extended Warranty EVER!!!! Do not bother purchasing an extended warranty, they will not honor it. They will not replace a broken refrigerator, they came and put some gas into it, and after that they said it was our fault that it was not working. Go to another store when you want to buy big appliances. This place has one of the most rude customer service representatives that I have encountered. Extremely long waiting times, they lie to you by phone and in your face when you go to the store. I absolutely do not recommend them. (This was added on 09/26/2015) I called the number provided below that says is provided by the owner. It was a waste of time, only to discover that since my warranty is already expired, they cannot do anything. Of course, my warranty expired because it took more than 2 months for you to come and try to fix my refrigerator. If you buy something in Brandsmart expect for them to try to trick you with the warranty. They will not come on time. They will do anything to see that the warranty is expired before they address your issue. The Claims department is structured to make you waste time. Record your calls with them because you will need it, not because you will be able to make them hear them, but you will have proof in case you want to make a complaint with the consumer protection agency. Be ready to waste time.

Que dolor de cabeza es lo de quitarle el código de barras y enviarlo al correo,que al final el código de barras biene super pegado en la caja y termina uno rompiendolo,quien fue el de esa gran idea tonta,de verdad que es un robo,y la gente de almacenamiento de afuera donde va uno al recibir los productos es super irrespetuosa,atienden primero ala gente que ellos conocen,en el caso mio llegue primero que otra persona,y terminaron atendiendo ala otra persona,de verdad que el servicio es pesimo,y me refiero en especial al sr de afuera donde entregan los productos,un sr de barba de candado, super rude!!!,NUNCA VUELVO A ESTA TIENDA!!!!!

A mi en lo personal me gusta mucho este lugar,pero como en todos siempre hay alguien que te informa mal de los productos,ejemplo:yo compré una TV Bolva 4k y lo primero.qie pregunte si se le podía lo de Internet al rv por cable lam y el vendedor y el compañero de infinity de Internet que se encuentra en la tienda me dijeron que si,y al llegar a mi casa y conectarlo uffffff nunca pero nunca se conectó y además no trae para conectarlo y eso me molesto mucho pero mucho,en estos momentos estoy esperando que abra ma fue sa para devolverlo

Escogí Brandsmart para comprar una laptop, cuando llegamos fuimos atendidos por un vendedor llamado Javier que se encontraba en esa área. Compré mi ordenador pero quedé totalmente insatisfecha con el servicio prestado por el mismo. Primero jamás nos acompañó para guiarnos y ver la posibilidad de aplicar para una tarjeta de brandsmart y después no nos explicó que el equipo tiene un año de garantía y nos cobró los dos años de garantía sin darnos opción de escoger. No nos dio la información requerida por lo que me sentí engañada.

I went to buy a microwave and coffee maker. I got to the cashier and she asked for my phone number. I stated she did not need my number. She then asked for a email. Once again I stated that she did not need this information. She then called a Manager who asked what is the problem. I explained to them that the information they are asking for had nothing to do with my purchase. I was told that it is store policy. I asked them to explain what this policy was for. They could not explain. I was asked to leave the store. This is a free Country and people should not have to give out personal information to make a cash purchase. I could kind of understand if I was applying for a charge card but I was not. just a simple cash purchase. It is bad enough when yoy walk into the door there are at least 10 people asking if you need help so they can collect commission on the sale. Brandsmart is a rip off of cheap merchandise. I will never go into one of these stores again
