Betty, Jetsons should be ashamed of themselves for having such a horrible warranty company. We are still waiting for our $770 reimbursement check from New Leaf. We sent them the power cord and the serial number tag off the back of the TV. Brenda told me that when they received that, they (New Leaf) will issue us a check for $770. I called New Leaf last week and they said a check would be issued on Monday, February 8, 2016, and mailed to us. Were still waiting. Jetsons is not a reputable company as far as we are concerned. Not only should we get our check for $770, but we are now requesting a refund of the $159 fee we paid for the in-home warranty contract that we bought from Jetsons. Jetsons has violated that contract. As a representative of Jetsons, your company is treating us like we did something wrong. This is not good customer service. You know we have bought thousands of dollars worth of items from Jetsons in the past. We will no longer be customers in the future. Jetsons does not stand behind what they sell.

My experience today was a disaster the minute i walked through the door starting with Manager Michael Fisher who promised a delivery to be present and failed to follow through with his guarantee policy. With no hesitation on trying to comply with what he guaranteed because of the run around he was giving me starting cursing in hostile demeanor. i wouldnt recommend there business due to the fact of the lack of professionalize and customer service they present to provide as a whole staff.

Jetsons was amazing!! The staff was beyond professional and very helpful in assisting me pick out my appliances. The manager Michael Fisher was very patient and kind. He was very knowledgeable about each different brand they carry and had no problem taking the time out to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I would recommend Jetson TV and Appliance Centers to anyone who is looking for friendly, professional customer service and quality appliances!!!!!

Purchased everything from Jetsons- fridge, washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher and microwave for a new home I was purchasing. Delivery time was spot on! The 2 gentlemen that delivered everything to my home was well mannered and had respect for keeping my house clean and being carful not to hit my walls that I had recently painted. Tried shopping the price but it was a waste of time, no one was even close to what Jetson offered.

I never really write any reviews but I have to say that this Jetson had the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The Assistant Manager Michael Fisher had the worst, nastiest attitude that a manager can have. I know I will never be returning to jetson ever again after this encounter with him. Corporate should be advised of this incident.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Been out 5 times to fix the same issue, yet they are appliance experts. What a joke. They give me the run around and then tell me they have to call it in to a technical team to find our what is wrong or what part needs replaced- but remember they are appliance experts. Guess the joke is on anyone who uses them.

Jetsons is the best!! If your looking for top noch appliances and amazing customer service, they are it. I have been a customer for 10+ years now and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Manager Michael Fisher is wonderful and his employees give personal attention to your needs. If you want an amazing customer experience, you must check them out!! :)

Refrigerator door was replaced because it had a scratch on the front of it- I called into management and spoke with Rick and Danny-- they took care of it immediately for me. Repair man showed up in the time frame that he said he was going to and everything got replaced in a timely manner. Jetsons is wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

From the time I walked into the store to the day I received my appliances. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They are my first and only stop for appliances and TVs.

Very happy with my experience with the psl us1 location. Eugene did an awesome job finding my husband and I a 4 piece kitchen appliance set that we love! He spent the time to price different sets with the upgrades that we wanted until we finally found the set that worked best with our budget and our personal style.

Thank You Jetson!!! My fridge died the other day so I did some research online & found one I liked at local chain but it couldnt be delivered for 3 days!!! I called Jetson & they found the same one, delivered it the next day & saved me $100!!! Wahoo!!! Delivery guys where super nice too which is always a plus.

We ordered a fridge on Thursday and it was delivered as promised on Friday. The delivery team was careful not to damage the walls taking away the old fridge and bringing in the new one. An excellent company with great prices and fast courteous service.
