NEVER EVER GO HERE! They will say the can "fix" your phone. After many MONTHS of going back and forth and a couple hundred dollars you get your phone back. The phone works for around a month then the screen dies and they state "Were not working on that phone again, too much of a hassle". Had you been HONEST with us(wife and I) from the beginning I would have taken in elsewhere or simply filled a claim with the phone insurance. Thanks for taking my money and providing little to nothing in response. And the long haired thin man claiming to be the "regional" manager has ZERO customer service skills. Cant even look you in the eye and tell you the truth, constantly looks away and makes up excuses! Claims he called multiple times, I showed him where I had zero missed called and messages, he then CHANGES his story and says a 1800 number would call. STILL nothing from them in my history, nor a message. On top of all that we just realized the extra SD card is missing. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

Customer service IS NOT DEAD!!! Last weekend I was frantically driving around St Lucie West trying to find someone, anyone, to help me with my iPhone 5c that had stopped emitting sounds. I went to iFix Galaxy after having found out from the AT&T store that they could not help me in any way other than to sell me another brand new wiz bang iPhone! This was not an option people as the phone was working perfectly well otherwise. I found out about iFix Galaxy from another phone repair store that did not have the parts in stock to fix my baby. Guess what! Not only did they have the parts, but at iFix Galaxy the store manager was able to fix my phone in LESS THAN AN HOUR for a total cost of $35!!! Now if that is not customer service I dont know what is. I am a local real estate agent and needless to say I intend to pass out the stack of business cards from iFix Galaxy to everyone that I know and I know A LOT of people. Thanks, SMAH

I had the most horrible experience. I brought in on a Friday for my screen, back and camera to be fixed for my galaxy S6 edge phone. We were told they would call when the parts came in. They called that Monday and I brought the phone in the next day. They told me it would be an hour and a half to two hours. I came in two and a half hours to three hours later to pick up my phone. However I didnt get my phone, they told me they sent a defective screen and had to wait for the new screen to come in. I didnt get my phone til Thursday. However, today which is Saturday the screen has now shut down and isnt working. I came in again to find out that I have to wait til Tuesday for my screen to be fixed. I paid $250 for this and its not worth the hassle. I highly recommend never going here!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I recently went to them to get my iPhone 6 fix. although the screen was fix it was not fix all the way. I could still see the light on the left side of my phone. As soon as i seen that i went back and informed them that my iPhone is not fix properly. They told me that it was because of the way my phone crack. come to find out i met 2 other people that they said the same thing too. smh! i went somewhere else to get my phone fix and guess what! i no longer see the light on the side of my phone ! anyways i would never go back to fix galaxy nor do i recommend.

iFix Galaxy fixed my iPhone 5S as soon as i walked in the door! They told me previous mistakes that the previous business made attempting to fix my iPhone screen and did a perfect job completely repairing my LCD and Screen. It was done in 30-45 minutes, much faster than competitors! I also bought a temper glass and a screen protector in a bundle for a very affordable price. Overall such a pleasing experience i also fixed another phone and bought the bundle again! Highly recommend this business for iPhone Repairs!

Took my phone in for repair. Took over two weeks. Instead of fixing my wifi connection IFix completely broke my phone, then lied and tried to say it was working but was only dead because it needed to be charged. Then IFix Galaxy used parts from someone elses phone they were supposed to be repairing to fix mine. Needless to say I was very upset and so was the other person who found out that his phone was being used for parts instead of his phone being repaired. :(

ok so i dropped my phone and the screen connection came apart for like the 20th time it was literally 7:17 just after closing and whoever was working (i forgot his name) there opened the door and let me in to fix my phone now whoever was working Thursday the 14th of April 2016 thank you so much you are my savoir i hope the boss knows who this man was and that he has the best fricken employees in the world!!

I wish I could write so much about this place. I was lied to on many occasions. They made me wait an entire week for my phone (instead of a normal 2 hour fix) and messed it up even more than it was before. This place, honestly, is atrocious. I went to several technicians after realizing they messed up my phone and they told me this place did a horrible job. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT GO HERE!

These guys are knowledgeable,and friendly...so much better than going into a big franchise store where no one is helpful and the staff isnt trained to do ANY of the work,not worth going to those big stores only to be told my device will be replaced with a reimbursement...no thank you...we need more of these guys in our community!! ifix Galaxy has earned me as a customer for life

They repaired my HTC One in less than 3 hours and for a lot cheaper than I expected. I took it to a different place earlier in the day and they said they wont work on that model of phone because of how delicate its parts are, but Jonathan was able to fix the issue with the charging port without me having to wait 8 days for a replacement part to come in.

My sons iPhone broke and I called everyone in psl and no one could help me because my son had a iphone 6, until i called ifix gallery in port St Lucie Florida, they said that they can fix it the same day, so I went over to the store and they fix it, they also fix a dent on the phone. very good company and they know what they are doing. A+ company!!!!!!!

I brought my iPhone 5 to the store because it had both the Screen and the Digitizer shattered. Mr. Jonathan told me it was a quick process that lasted 15min. When I received my phone, it looked bran new. I definitely recommend this store because they fix your phone and they will treat you with respect.
