I decided at the very last minute to buy my daughter a camera. She is leaving for London and Paris tomorrow. Last week when there was still time to buy one from Amazon I offered to get her the one I liked but she insisted she would just use her cell phone on the trip. I let it go and then tonight I just had the burning need to get her a nice pocket camera so she could take photos on her trip. Of course I got off work later than I wanted to and headed to the Best Buy in Coral Springs. They had the camera I wanted on display but none they could sell me. The girl who helped told me they were in the Boca store. Best Buy closes at 9 pm and by this time it was 8:45. I knew there was no way I could make it to Boca all the way on Glades in time but I just had to try because I didnt think there would be enough time before her flight tomorrow and also I wanted to charge the battery over night. I raced up 441 like a bat out of hell and by the time I found the store it was 9:03. I sneaked in the exit and was confronted by the security guard who told me the store was closed even though there were still customers inside. I pleaded with him that I only needed two minutes and I knew exactly what I wanted. Kyle overheard me and came to the rescue. He took me right to the cameras and got just the one I wanted. He also found me an extra battery, case, and SD card. He was so awesome to me when I was so completely stressed out. If you are reading this thank you so much Kyle!. He even took the extra step of making sure the reward points on my purchase was applied to my husbands account. I was out of the store and on my way before the people who were already in the store left. If Kyle hadnt come by when he did I never would have been able to make my purchase, When I got home and showed my daughter the camera she was super excited about it. I cant wait to see all of the beautiful pictures she is going to take on her European adventure.

Today I went to Best Buy to purchase my husband j birds! I walked in and was greeted by the guy working the front cameras. As I went on my way I searched throughout the store for these Bluetooth earbuds my husband has been talking about for months. I cannot find them anywhere and I probably looked like a lost puppy but not one employee I passed offered to help me. Finally I stop look around and cannot find an employee except one guy who was helping someone else. I (politely) interrupted him and asked where I could find these j birds and he thankfully directed me in the right area. (Mind you they were not busy). Once I was there I saw 3 male employees standing around each other talking and socializing in this department and not one of them offered any assistance or help. I get it, you dont want to be at work, but I am a female looking for these earbuds that I know NOTHING about. I am so frustrated at this point that I walk out and as Im leaving tell the "manager" that was at the cameras , how no one in this store even offered to help me. I will not be back Best Buy! I spent 30 minutes in the store trying to purchase a gift for my husband and get assistance on someone who is knowledgeable about the product. Since you could not even provide customer service, I left and purchased these j birds somewhere else down the street. Please improve your customer service!

My girlfriend had dropped her computer and there was only slight corner damage to the laptop. The screen was perfectly functioning except for the minor dent that was there. Either way, she decided to have it sent in to see if there was anything to be done to fix it thinking that if it wasnt much that it would be fine to pay for it. The sales associate Andrew told her that they would most likely be able to fix it seeing that it was minor work and that it shouldnt be too expensive. She was also concerned with further damage to the laptop in travel and he had assured her that best buy would take good care and would take care of it if something were to happen. Both were completely incorrect, they dont do minor repairs only offering to replace the screen for 550 dollars and upon return the screen is now discolored and does not work properly. The manager on duty, Amanda, says Best Buy is not responsible for any damages to the computer when they ship it. Highly dissatisfied with this level of service. If it was made clear that this is how they conduct their operations we would not have chosen this seeing that it was only minor damage.

This has to be the worst place to shop for appliances. My wife and I visited this location last night to buy a washer/dryer and dishwasher. We waited an hour and a half before leaving without being helped. No one even approached us for the first 45 minutes and when we finally found a sales rep he mentioned it wasnt his department and walked away. We sat around the station where two of the sales reps were sitting and one said he would be right with us in which we waited another 30 minutes. He then started helping other people who walked up to him so by then we just gave up. We tried calling the store to complain and were told the manager was on another call and wouldnt call us back. We called corporate to complain as well. You think in this day in age, department chains would be fighting for business versus online retailers but now I know where my money should continue to head. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Please HELP!!! We are having such a hard and bad experience we purchased over 15K for home theater and have been back and forth with this now for a few weeks to get all the product in and trouble with having Geek Squad to come out and install.. There is a problem with scheduling now after having a few mistakes already on our order we have been more then patient and understanding. However after spending so much time and effort we are feeling very disappointed and displeased. We were promised to have this installed by tomorrow and now we are being told to wait another week. The TV has been sitting in our home for two weeks now and our media stand is sitting in the store... PLEASE COME OUT TO INSTALL THE PRODUCTS WE HAVE PAID FOR ASAP. WE WERE PROMISED IT WOULD BE DONE!!! We are thinking of returning everything all together and giving our business elsewhere where we feel valued.

display items in the store are all broken or will not work, pricing is off on a few DVDs and games. the store is big and looks nice but the employees dont have a clue whats going on with the technology they sell. i have come to this store a few times in the past and the only good people in the store are the geek squad. but i just had the displeasure of meeting Willam a older man how clams to be the manager. i simply asked for a price cheek at the register and this man walked up to me personally and told me that he didnt like the way i was browsing the store and he would not be doing a price cheek for me. then tried to shake my hand after stating such a thing. needless to say i walked out. no one should have to go through such horrendous customer service. i will not be going back i much rather go to the best buy away from my home.
