The customer service at this Walmart was absolutely horrible. My brother and I pressed the assistance button multiple times and no one ever came to help us. What pisses me off the most is that there were employees that passed by us multiple time. They saw we clearly werent being helped and failed to ask us if there was anything they could do for us. I realize that is was late at night and that the electronics person was probably not there, but there are multiple people with keys that couldve helped us. When my brother finally got upset and walked into the employee area only to get one of the employees, the one who did help us was rude. She walked away with my phone that I wanted to buy without saying anything whatsoever and expected that we follow her. I normally dont take the time to complain because I hated hearing the bad comments when I was in customer service, bit these people needed it. If you dont like your job, get a new one. Dont be lazy. Next time you see someone that clearly needs your help, just help them. This is the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. Some of you really need to lose your jobs.

Poor shopping experience.Dirty store. Not enough employees. The employees they do have openly complain about thier positions and lack of raises. They complain about management and work hours and stress. How am i expected to have a stress free shopping experience when you have disgruntled employees openly and rightfully so complain about who they are working for. ASHAME ON YOU SAM WALTON it is the same at sam club. I use to be a Walmart fan. Not anymore. I will pay the extra money and shop at publics and Kmart. Or target and Bjs at least Bj club let you use manufacturers coupons unlike Sams club.

As always, it disappoints. It is ridiculous that only 2 registers with cashiers and conveyor belts were open for those of us with full carts! Would you believe that this was also during the lunch rush? Sadly I have complained for years and checking out never improves. I have gladly been patronizing other stores when they sell the same items for the same prices or better and so my Wal-Mart trips have become fewer and fewer. The only reason that I was there today was for a specific little item that I had to get there and I regret figuring Id just get the rest there!

Lately I have seen a lot of people bring it their dog to the store even if they are NOT service dog..... that is completely irracional, some dogs are barking to other people and no one from the store said nothing..... the worst thing one day I was trying to get some tomatoes and I noticed a horrible smell when I turn to see wheres that coming from its was from one dog in a baby stroller and one OLD LADY (the owner) touching the dog, and then touching the vegetables. Ps. Service dog is one thing and recreational dogs are NOT the same.

This store is horrible on customer service, the employees feel like it is a privilege to work there. They are rude, discourteous, not cross-trained in other departments, when you ask for assistance they walk at a snails pace. Remember without us YOU have no job. They have 30 available cashier lines and yet they only have 3 lines open at one time, really people. I refuse to walk into a Wal-Mart unless I absolutely have to. Now, the Optical Department is above reproach. I give them 5 stars and would visit them all the time.

Leave the stores alone , when you change them around now everyone has to learn where stuff is all over again and again ,,,,where are the new lays potato chips . the taco ones ,,,they are good . and yall took out the large jars of reases spread , and then the large packages of sugar wafers , and only by luck can you now sometimes find the large packages of raisinetts. I love my wallmarts . but yall never listen to the public .

Chris is the best manager in this entire store. I had a manager call the cops on me for return items, claiming I stole the products. I showed proof of receipt of purchase and the cops, said everything made complete sense. The woman manager does not know how to do her job. It work her over an hour to come out of the office. Chris works hard for customers, and he lives up to Walmart Corp. Customer Service excellence.

I shop at this walmart every week. I love it. It has a McDonals in it and they are always stocked.. It is also clean, unlike some of the other walmarts I have been too or heard about. It also has self check outs, which I love. Not a lot of people use them so when I am in a hurry I know that I can get in and out fast because of the self check outs.

As every Walmart that Ive ever been to this one is no different. Always 100 million people in the store and maybe 3 cash registers with cashiers at them. I dont mind shopping at Walmart however I do not like their checkout process and I feel as though they need to hire more cashiers & pay their employees better.

There arent people working when you need them. 2 guys behind register in tv section for 20 minutes then both dissappear when needed. So I ended up walking out with out purchase. Then after 9 they close the self checkout so there are 2 registers open and lines going up the clothing section. Makes no sense.

I have been to this Walmart numerous times over the past five years, and I have yet to come once when there was not an extremely long wait at the registers. Last time, I wait 25 minutes just to check out. Totally unacceptable. Walmart should do better in their St. Lucie West location.

I had to run in and pick up some items. As I was out of town, I was impressed with the organized aisles. Everything was neat and the clerks were friendly. It just did not have the same floor plan as I was used to. Try new things you might like it! I enjoyed my trip to this Walmart!

Shear Perfection

Just love my Wal-Mart...location perfect, helpful and never a problem with returns. Now they are opening a liquor store on the side so it will be a one stop shop. The only problem but I think its at all Wal-Mart Stores is never enough registers open to check out quickly.

Smaller version of a walmart supercenter. I like because of that very reason and more convenient to my home. You get in/out much quicker and yet still has all the essentials. Plus co-shoppers seem a bit more relaxed, polite and not as aggressive as bigger store.

Had to wait to long in the deli area, only needed a roasted chicken. Only 1 person was tending to all customers, either for deli meats or ready made foods. They need to hire more people or at least co-ordinate the staff better during peak hours.

What can you say about Wally World? best selection, best prices, his one has everything from the eye doctor to pedicures to full car service. Its a shame they dont have more customer service Representatives oh well you cant have everything
