The walmart is terrible. most of the staff there do not know how to speak english and the the customer service is horrible. I went there 2 days ago to buy a bike there and the bike i wanted turned out to be broken and needed to be fixed and the only person in the store who knew how fix the bike was on break so they put it on hold for us and said to come pick it up later so we came back later that night to find that the bike was yet still broken so they told us to come back tommorow and of course we did and this time it was no where to be found so i asked to speak to the assistant manager and they used the intercom 3 times to try to call him up and he did not come up so we waited a hour while one of the staff went to go find him and eventually we left and i decided to call him myself on the phone and I had to be transfered litteraly 10 times to finnaly talk to him but in the end I got the bike but I did not get any discount or anything for the incident and left paying the full price of 130 dollars for the bike i was suppose to get the day before they should have at least payed for the gas and time to come to and from my house and walmart In conclusion they are unorganized there employees are unable to speak english there assistant managers are unable to be found and if asked to come they will ignore the request to help a customer and can not even sell items that even work DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART

My good god!! I have been coming here for the past 14 years of my life and BOY AM I DISAPPOINTED! .... TODAY i finally realized that the reason why everyone at walmart is pissed off, is because quite frankly they hate their life. ... . Ive had multiple incidents with the cashiers giving attitude because im white. Today Rena was being completely rude when i asked her for a price check. .. as if it was such a hassle to look up a price ...she ignored my question n i asked again. She rolled her eyes n waiting for the end....Walmart should pay their employees much more than minimum maybe it would be decent to go there for once in 14 yrs!!!!! Btw dont leave UR BELONGINGS ANYWHERE IN PLAIN SIGHT (ESP WHILE LOADING UR CAR) IVE SEEN PPL GET ROBBED HARDCORE AT 3AM. SEEING A WHITEGIRL CRY AFTER HER PURSE WAS ROBBED. BEWARE NO SECURITY OR POLICD DURING NIGHT HOURS. CAREFULO O.O

En un sitio donde puedes comprar de todo, esta abierto 24 horas, seguro y tranquilo, si disfrutas ir de compras puedes pasar 4 horas facil ahi metido, pues hay todos los departamentos necesarios. Recomiendo bajar la APP de Walmart, el saving catcher te perrmite ahorrar dinero pues Walmart busca los mismos articulos que compraste en la competencia, si lo encuentra mas barato, te devuelve la diferencia de $.

I want to tell you NOT to shop in the South University store in Davie FL ....the staff are horrible and dont even want to be there....I always hear the employees saying how much the HATE there JOB....well the answer is then get OUT.....The store in Copper City is better but not by much ....In general the employees are very unfriendly and NOT helpful at all ..Im handicapped and I when I ask for help you would think I was asking for the world......what a shame...I really ONLY shop here for the PET food prices......the corporate division is also a waste of time......they seem to NOT even care as long as the MAKE money ...............sad but true..............YOU really need to hire persons ---WHO like what they ...NOT people that are ONLY there for a pay check...................

Next time the circus is in town, save a couple hundred dollars and just bring the family down to the Auto Service department at this Walmart. Watch as clowns try to do something as change your oil. The workers seem marginally competent.The Auto Service manager is the most indifferent employee Ive seen at ANY Walmart, and a simple problem such as breaking my oil pan cap turns into The McLaughlin Group as they try to figure out what to do. Fed up with this pointless exercise, I told them to put my car outside, and give me a pair of vise grips. I fixed the problem in 12 seconds. They argued about it for about 15 minutes. Never again...not at this Walmart.

Uno de los mejores Walmart a los que he ido. En limpieza, organización, cantidad de productos, ayuda a los clientes, suficientes cajas abiertas para pagar; en fin, el Walmart que escoges para tus compras básicas y que no te esyresen las colas y no encontrar lo que necesitas con urgencia o no.

I was a Walmart Shopper for many years then they lost me for several years they were gradually getting me back because there are just a few things I cant get anywhere else for the price they sell them for then I went to the Walmart on Pines Boulevard yesterday they nearly lost me again because of some rude stupid customer service people but the Walmart Cooper City tonight was a great experience I still wont shop there for everything only thats why just 2 stars

Having lived in Cooper City from 2002 until 2014, I enjoyed this Walmart much more before it became a Supercenter. Now the store is just an average location with typically long lines and little to no service help. On a recent visit, I found homeless people outside and all of the shopping carts in the parking lot. Speaking of parking - the lot was packed with cars and I had to park by the Burger King. Bill Lewis Vero Beach, Florida.

I have shopped at this Walmart for more than 20 years and it is a very friendly and accommodating place to shop. I enjoy being able to go there anytime, day or night when I have the need for something. I once contacted Walmart headquarters about a product I thought they should offer and I received a personal phone call from the Manager of Cooper City Walmart inviting me to stop by to talk with her! That is personal service!

This is my go to Wal-Mart!!! I go out of my way and pass 2 Wal-Marts just to come here!! Its clean and always have what I need in stock. The cashiers and the girls at the self checkout are my favorite!!! They actually know us because of how much we go there with our 3 year old and twins. The staff on the floor is always willing to help and will walk you to an item your looking for an actually help with what you need.

Wal Mart is the ultimate one stop shop. If you need something for your car, your pet, your pool and your kids its a quick alternative to running around to multiple places. However, there are things I just go elsewhere for. Good meat = Doris Italian Market, produce I just found a place called Brothers on Stirling Rd., and there are certain things, like unsalted tub butter, that you gotta get at Publix.

Its Walmart what can you say? Parking is a little difficult but theres plenty of spaces you just might have to walk a little. Been going to this Walmart for forever so I know it like the back of my hand. Employees are usually friendly but every now and then Ill be stuck behind some crazy costumer yelling about prices or just being generally irritating.
