¿Microsoft o United? ¿Overbooking en Assure Support? No son cumplidos. Su personal de desk service me había prometido un servicio de un día para otro, pero no lo hicieron. Pagué por un Assure Support para tener prioridad de servicio, pero cuando lo exigí contestaron: "casi todos nuestros clientes han pagado por Assure Support, así que tiene que esperar nuestra llamada". No les importó nada en absoluto mi molestia y menos que yo pidiera retirar mi equipo sin el servicio requerido. Venden muchos Assure Support, pero no están preparados para dar un buen servicio.

Went into the store for the first time and was greeted by a man with a very short name and a very short mind, hes greeting? Hi, did he ask what was I looking for, or how can I help? No of course not, two other guys in the back of the store playing with a computer did not blink an eye when I approached them, they just kept on playing with the computer, one other guy was working with several customers at the same time, I went by the guy in the front and I told him that if I was the manager all these employees would be fired, the customer is always right? He does not understand that concept, I know customers are not always right, what the comment is trying to convey is you have to make customers feel appreciated, needed, wanted, customers are not always right but make them feel they are and they will be repeat customers, he said good night and I asked him, are you through in me out of the store? His answer? Good night, so I left for good not to return. I guess he was proud of himself for getting rid of a rude customer that just wanted to be waited on.

So the store is a lot of fun. Very friendly customer reps greet you as you enter. However, they have the most backwards system for taking care of your technical issues. With 15 reps standing around chatting or playing games, you have to register for an appointment that is 20 minutes later. While you are standing around, reps will try to sell you the latest model. When you finally get to meet with the tech, it takes him 10 minutes to log in and find your warranty information. When he finally finds your warranty info, he tells you that yes the warranty will cover a new Surface pro but they dont have any so he will have to send it to Microsoft to get a new one. It takes 2 weeks. Cut a long story short....He tells me that I can go online and send it myself and it will only take a week. Dealing with Microsoft support is a complete joke. For example, they made me look up the phone number and address of the store because they were unable to. I Googled it! Save yourself the trouble..get a laptop or a kindle.

I will soon be going in for my 3rd instruction session with Claude. I had hesitated to upgrade to Windows 10 but I finally did and even I, an older, non-tech woman, with Claudes patient, easy to understand help have been able to use my computer fairly efficiently. This one price for unlimited instruction has to be the best computer deal around. One of the things I like the best about my lessons with Claude is that he never lets my lack of understanding get to the frustration level. He "gets" what my issues are and is able to explain things before I feel like throwing the computer through the window. The woman who greets the customers is also helpful and pleasant. Both times I have been there she has offered me a beverage and helped me set up. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Bad customer experience. Although they werent rude, theyre werent very attentive. Waited as about 10 minutes before I decided to ask someone how I could pay for the Surface 3 power supply I needed; for some reason they think its a good idea to not have dedicated cashiers. If it wasnt for me asking I dont think anyone would have asked me if I needed assistance. No one greeted us on the way in either. On a side note, $100 for a tiny power supply. Thats a rip off Microsoft. And if youre up-charging because of the location, size of the store, and the huge overhead that comes with it, the least you can do is train your staff to make sure they provide a pleasant customer experience.

The idea of a Microsoft Store is really cool. When you walk into the store you get to play around with all the new devices they have and play some games if you have the time. Staff is very hit or miss, very few actually know what theyre talking about. A couple know enough to be helpful and the rest are the kinds of reps that you have to walk up to only to have them walk you to what youre looking for and then they just stand there looking around not paying attention at all. Just glad we actually have a Microsoft Store.

Went there for black Friday to buy an Xbox one. They werent too busy and we kind of wondered around for a while with no one approaching us even though some employees were just standing around. Finally we approached what looked like manager and he was very helpful in getting us what we wanted and setting us up with an employee to ring us up. The employee almost forgot to give us a promotional gift card that was offered with a game purchased but he quickly apologized and helped us out once we pointed it out.

worst customer service, i purchased an all in one pc dell and i just called microsoft to have it delayed. Instead someone made a mistake in their end and now is going back to the shipper. 1Z2080X00333986974 I called Microsoft and they told me that they will not ship it back and the pc will now cost regular price. just bunch of bull. never shoping with them again

Store is neat, a lot options, phone, tablets, laptops, accessories. I was 10 minutes inside the store and t least 2 employees offer me help, not pushy at all. Only issue that all surface 3 tablets to test werent working properly, (keyboards and stylus pens were not working). other than that i liked it

I love it. All is expensive, but you can try devices and play around. They even let people try the htc vive, and sell them. Only downside is that theres no windows phones.

Incredible in the Microsoft Store of miami can not replace the screen of the tablet. They only ask you to buy a new tablet.
