A Private User

Returned an office chair that I spent 45 minutes on assembling only to find out the very last bolt hole was defective. I returned the chair and was offered a new one. I said that I feel that you should assemble the chair for me since it wasnt my fault and it was defective. The manager said she would assemble it for $8. Really? You are going to charge me $8 to assemble a defective chair that I already spent 45 minutes on? I returned the chair and will simply never shop there again or at any Office Depot. I think that is terrible store policy especially since I have been shopping there for years. They decided to lose a customer over $8 and the inability to simply do the right thing. Office Max, you will now get all of my business.

Today I had to print out 3 poster sized images for my upcoming art show. When I arrived to pick up my prints, the color was off and not quite right. Jillian (Im almost positive that was her name) was more than happy to adjust the colors on the computer so that my prints would come out right. She reprinted them once more for me, with the colors on point, free of charge. It was such a help and relief. Thanks for being such a customer-service bad-ass Jill. You saved my art show.

The prices seem high, but they are on par with other office supply stores. They have a large selection of products, but you can usually find better deals when there are online or back to school sales.

Location in the Tower Shops had lazy employees (not helping with a large box) who couldnt look up a number for the purchase. What shouldve taken 5 minutes last 30 minutes. Never going here again.

A good neighborhood, well-stocked Office Depot. Friendly folks and convenient location. Only trouble is theres a lot of traffic in the area. Parking lot is too small for a Saturday afternoon.
