We had our contractor install a new washer and dryer from brandsmart. We never got to use it because something was wrong with the washer. After they sent someone to look at it 1 week later they then realized they had to replace it because the timer was defective. So finally they agreed to replace it and we agreed to pay an additional fee for them to come and install. Because they explained that there was a possibility that maybe it wasnt itstalled properly. They came 3 days later and brought only 2 men to install. Now let me explain.... we live in a 2 story unit, so when our contractor tried to install he brought 3 men to help. When the guy showed up he explained that he would not be able to install until another 3 days later to put in a new service call but this time to plan on bringing 4 men. I understood the situation, and even though we were desperate to have it installed I agreed. 3 days later 2 men show up and I asked them where the other 2 men were at to help. They said "they are on their way" in the meantime they got started. No one else ever showed up just them 2 and they installed the new washer and dryer and took down the old one no problems. Before they left they mentioned the electricity was hooked up to a 110 and not a 220 so the dryer would not run to the fullest. And they setup the lint exhaust to a box of water instead of the wall. Note: the washer and dryer is installed in a closet.... imagine the mildew, mold and air quality in the closet, NOT GOOD. They said this was normal and would be ok. When we had 2 contractors come and look at it, the electric setup was for 220 and they should have hooked up the lint exhaust to the wall, which they didnt. When we tried running the drier, it would only stay on for 10 seconds and then shut off!!!! So we call and complain again and had them take out the drier again and have it installed properly. They show up another 3 days later, with only 2 men after explaining in depth how important it was to show up with 4 men so that we could have the washer and drier installed ASAP. Each time we called customer service they just kept hanging up!!! Very disappointed!!! Ive shopped at brandsmart for years but this was the worse service ever!

aee ap9 drone I bought 4 days ago had to wait 1hr in electronics apartment just to look at a drone that was on sales waiting for somebody to help me until finally the manager came to help me from electronics department an hour later just to get help to see it I decided to buy it because it was a low-budget it was my second drone but never really had professional type of drone so it was on sale decided to buy it manager seem to not know nothing at all and I was asking him if it had GPS or return home Futures he told me it did not have nothing of that but I kept reassuring him that online I read the information about the same drone were talking about in his hand and it says that it does have GPS and return home I show him the box that it indeed have it asked him if it had a gamble camera not include he told me gimbal yes camera no so I decided to take it I seen online at the store the same location had the AP 10 on sale for 399 with the camera and gimble but havent had the chance to go to the store to go exchange for a little bit upgrade a little more expensive one that was a bit more interesting for what I need it for got to the store to the return Department 2 guys are there just chatin and chatting away was there just looking at them theyre looking at me and chatting away to 5min later than acknowledge me that I am here to return something told them to exchange then guy tells me we do not return toys first of all a drone of that caliber is not a toy you have to be 18 to buy then the guy says theres no Exchange on this item I have never used or never opened then call the manager that help me that same day and tells me that Im sorry theres no exchange or refund on this item what I said company with millions cannot do an exception that it was 3 days ago that I bought this drone and it was only exchanging upgrading I am 37 years years-old been shopping at this location since I was a teenager would never come back and give a single dollar to this store..

I have been shopping at Brandsmart Palmetto Expressway location as far back as the 80s before the new building was even built. After hundreds of items purchased, I have been very happy until my last two interactions... first I purchased an I-pad for my daughter with warranty etc, I had to use the warranty and found out after it was shipped to the warranty center it was irreplaceable, I would receive a credit for the equipment but would have to re-purchase a new warranty for the new replacement equipment??? the warranty was null and void after being used... Second I was happy to come across the Nyne Bass Portable speaker on sale for $79.98. I had just paid $99.99 plus $ 10.00 extended warranty from a competitor. When I arrived to the store as soon as I touched the box a saleslady from that department rushed over to me "I have to write you up a ticket...", No hello, Good afternoon, any questions? Only one unit was on the shelf, the box was opened. I went to pay for it then realized wait a minute if it was opened someone decided to inspect the contents then possibly changed their mind, In my wisdom I decided to check the equipment, I was told "No" you have to buy it first???" My question was simple,Why should I pay for the unit first to inspect the opened box? Why was I singled out? Please note as I mentioned the box was opened by someone else prior to my arrival... I got so angry at the way I was being treated, I decided at the cashier station, who was I a loyal customer of over 30 years to attempt a small purchase of other items totaling $200.00 to have the intelligence to check the contents, forget about the 10s of thousands Ive already spent, please note as I mentioned the box was opened by someone else prior to my arrival. I cancelled the sale and walked out... Pissed off and feeling Pissed on.....

This is the second appliance we buy at Brandsmart and have problems, before we were able to return it because the problem was seen before the thirty days, but before that we bought another TV almost a year ago at Brandsmart store that is located in The Palmetto and 176, in Miami FLorida, this one we could not return it for having spent thirty days after the date of purchase, thank goodness we bought the extended warranty otherwise our money were lost, at this date the TV is out of service and when we call the customer service of this company, they said they would send a technician to check the TV, the technician took about three days to come and surprise something that we already imagined "they did not have the part in stock", took 15 days to come back with the part, but the "new" screen was already broken, again we have to wait now the other part comes, god willing it will not be in another 15 days. We called customer service wondering if there is something else could be done, and offered to take the TV and exchange it for something similar in the store or by one of similar value and they just said that was not possible. Wonder if these guys know one day left to take advantage of work is wasted money because we have lost three good working days, not counting obviously bought another TV because its almost 20 days without television. My advice is try not to buy in a store where the extended warranty is a must and if you have to for some reason I wish the best of luck, because it is clear that they do not sell top quality products and have a terrible post sale service. This is a business just for them, your money does not count for this company and youre just another client, there is no consideration whatsoever to the problems they themselves cause.
