In a nut shell.... GO TO TARGET OR ANYWHERE ELSE these people (Mgrs and employees) are the main reason why Trump is sitting in the "Oval Office" to get these ignorant, poorly trained people out of the customer service industry a place where they have NO business getting into! Besides the fact that well the mangers tongue is so swollen from that tongue HE cant be understood or barley talk, the employees I was flat out refused service, even when the manager an I went over their CORPORATE EMPLOYEE STORE POLICY! I was told straight up, "Im saying no because I want to" rules and regulations do not state that Walmart cannot cash a check with a COPY of your identification. I looked online, website after website page after page, went on to reading the "store prococedures" the employees are giving when they are hired and nothing. Nothing in the rules and regulations stated what he was telliing me. CALLED CORPORATE! Makaya, goes over the rules with me, and says the following "we back up our managers"I said "youre suppose to back up the Customer". Makaya "no we dont we back up our managers" these ghetto, low class very poorly trained individuals is what they have as customer reps. I get it, we all need money, and work is work for most of you people, but please Walmart STOP HIRING THESE GHETTO PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE THEYRE THE ONLY ONES WHO WILL WORK FOR CHUMP CHANGE! Go somewhere else dont give this place your time money and energy. Lord knows Ive gone into this place in a good mood, and left extremely upset and frustrated.

I tried to give zero stars but that is not allowed. The customer service is no good. I called in to confirm if they have a product in store because I need it for today and shipping would not be available for pick up until Monday. The website does not specify whether it is in store or only online. The associate that answered the phone told me sh could only give me information if I had the bar code number, I dont know how i would have the bar cord number if I do not have the product on hand I only have the product information listed online and she began to argue so I requested to speak with someone else, the associate left me on hold for 10 minutes and I was forced to hang up and called back 3 times and no one has yet to answer the phone.

Bad costumer service this place need to close down due to their staff and managers I came to return something and a manger came in front of me and didnt help me At all afterwards when the manager decided to help me they said that they couldnt and I would have to go to another store on their wall it says "we will be happy to return or refund merchandise purchased from Walmart within 90 days of purchase with or without a reicept" all the cashiers ignored me and gave me a bad attitude I dont request for you to come here if planning to do so they need to shut this place down.

Visit the Walmart I was looking for vacuum cleaner belt took me 20 minutes to find an associate when I found one they said they had to go get the manager Im still waited for the manager to come back havent seen the manager to this day went to the front of the store they called him he was in the back taking and deliveries but they told me he was on his way I took out his number and he never called me yet the employees dont know what nothing is that have you walking back and forth and its getting outrageous the way Walmart rebate customer

If there was a way to give less than a star I would...my truck was broken into as Im parked under the sign that says went monitoring. I go up front to tell the police officer...the car was parked and she wasnt even on the premises. There were 3 cars broken into all right after the other. The cameras only could see the outline of the car and color..they couldnt even distinguish what model car...the polive officers attitude about it was like oh well you want a report or not....horrible experience..avoid at all costs.

I went to a Walmart supercenter on Pembroke and university drive that was a disgrace that lady in money department her name was ...? I spend 15 minutes waiting for her she doesnt attention to me at all went I figure that out I said to her mom how long Im going to stay here, she turned her head at me and turn back her game I was so upset I said to myself no more walmart. Im going to contact someone as soon as possible to make sure employees likes should never be hired to work for Walmart.

Employees here dont care about the quality of service they give. Main issues Ive had are 1) only a few cash registers are open and there are looooooong lines, no matter the time of day. 2) the deli sections pre-made foods, like the salads, subs, and wraps, are poorly made, just thrown together, missing ingredients and mislabeled. Highly annoyed at the service here. Prefer going to the one on 199th in Miami Gardens or on Flamingo Rd in Pembroke Pines.

This store is a perfect example of why I hate Walmart overall. Minimal staff who are either rude and bitter, or overworked and underappreciated. Not sure which. The words I would use to describe this store: crowded, disorganized, frustrating and truly the last place I want to be. I would not go here, except sometimes you need something in an emergency when everywhere else is closed.

I called this place, and an employee picked up the phone after 5-to 10-minutes later. I was then placed on speaker, and could hear their conversation for over 30 minutes. The line was open and got to listen to several conversations of various themes. If i was the manager, they will all be fired by now. I decided to hangup, and try a different store. It seems to be a fun place to work.

Employee nearly hit my car cutting me off in the parking lot (which btw smelled like someone was smoking weed 2 feet from us) with no signal because she was late for work I guess, meanwhile in the store people start hitting on my fiancé as soon as I leave her alone for a second. Security guards inside talking to each other not even paying attention to anything thats going on.

Unfriendly staff, always puts you on hold every time you inquire about a product, and keeps transferring you to another associate because of lack of knowledge about products - one of the worst WalMarts to shop from in South Florida. Not helpful or considerate whatsoever. Honestly, if I could give less than one star - I would. Dont shop here.

Worst experience ever using pick up at store!!! They cancelled my order because supposedly didnt have my item in store, to then find 11 in inventory in the store!!! Then wasnt getting my refund for up to 48 hrs!! Some employees were very helpful, while others just didnt care. I will never use pick up at store ever again!!! Waste of time.
