Ever since theyve combined with the renter center east of sunrise Ive been getting people on the phone that doesnt know anything. I just called to see if my phone still has insurance since I paid it off 3 months same as cash and a "sales manager Anna" (thats what she stated because i asked to speak to a manager) couldnt even tell me that. Nicole knows more then she does. Thats sad. Anything electronic I wont be getting from renter center u can believe that.
