Minha mãe esteve em Miami na loja H.D. ENTERPRISE ELECTRONICS, INC. E. FLAGLER ST.MIAMI, FL 33131 e foi enrolada pelos vendedores, inclusive um deles era brasiliero. Induziram ela a levar um modelo de GPS que ela não queria porque o modelo desejado não tinha na loja. Informaram que o modelo desejado chegaria no fim da tarde do mesmo dia, mas depois que ela efetuou a compra eles passaram a tratá-la mal e não trocaram o aparelho. Até com polícia ela foi na loja mas não conseguiu nem a troca do modelo nem a devolução do dinheiro. COMPREM SOMENTE EM LOJAS CONHECIDAS; NAO SE DEIXEM LEVAR PELA SIMPATIA DOS VENDEDORES, HÁ MUITOS AGINDO DE MÁ FÉ!!!! My mother was in Miami at H.D. ENTERPRISE ELECTRONICS STORE and was cheated by the sellers. They induced her to buy a GPS model that she didn`t want because the desired model was sold out. They reported that the desired model would arrive in the afternoon of the samne day, but after she made the purchase they began to treat her badly and did not exchange the unit. She called the police but could not exchange the model or receive a refund. Be careful! Do not be fooled by friendly sellers, there are many acting in bad faith!!

Cuidado con comprar en esta tienda. a mi me estafaron. Compre 2 baterías para la cámara , las intente recargar toda la noche, al ver que no funcionaban acudi a la tienda con la factura y me comentaron que ellos no se hacen responsables . vivo en España y es por eso que los les puse una denuncia. Beware buying in this shop. my they swindled me . Buy 2 batteries for the camera, try to recharge overnight , seeing that did not work they went to the store with the bill and told me that they are not responsible . I live in Spain and that is why I put a complaint .

Sold me a refurbished piece of junk laptop and never mentioned it was used. The battery wasnt charging so I went back, they said "a tehnician" would look at it, 20 minutes later they tried to sell me a more expensive product, calling it "a better deal". When I said I just wanted a functioning product they promised to send me a new battery to Sweden, where I live, "free of charge". Its now been 2 months and of course people like this cant be trusted. I knew they were full of s*** but still angry that they do business by ripping people off. Go to Electric Avenue down the street instead.

Is the worst store in the world. They seem friendly, but after we bought a "wireless camera" and we tried to install, it didnt give signal and it wasnt with the features that they promise!!! After that we call several times but they always said that the manager (who is the one answering) is not in the store and cant help with the problem. Beware!

Never go to this place..I went to buy a reflector for photography, originally about $60 bucks, well, they charged me $400!, the next day, when I realized the amount they charged, I went to return the reflector and get my money back, guess what: they said they dont accept returns. They robbed me, and will do the same with you, be careful.
