Recently walked in with pre-existing knowledge of EXACTLY what I wanted from this location. I chose a sectional set, a queen bed set, and dinette set. Pretty nice haul. When I arrived and looked for the 3 sets I wanted, I was told that there was only the bed set available, and that Id have to choose another, or wait 4-6 weeks for another delivery to come in. I had given them the suggestion of transporting another stores inventory to this location to accommodate me, and even offered to pay the extra transport fee. I also noticed 6 dents and dings in the display bed set they had. I drew the ladys attention to the matter and she told me that they would be delivering A NEW BED SET to my unit not to worry about it. Then she changed and said I would get the damaged set, at a discount. Huffily I agreed and continued. After a while they complied and could get me two of the three sets that I wanted. The third was a dinette that I had to upgrade to, a little to my dismay, but I wanted to get in and out without issue. Fast forward- after a couple of laughs and the first payment made, I scheduled the stuff to be delivered Monday between 6-8pm. Monday at 8am I called to confirm the time because they said they might be early. They confirmed 6-8. I was about to finish my day at work (8-5) and get ready to meet Bestway at my location, and they called at 4 asking to drop the items off now. I had to leave work early and meet them there. They were on time and beat me home, they were friendly and but dinged up almost every item they brought into my unit. Nothing was wrapped, even on the truck nothing was wrapped. NOW REMEMBER, I knew there were 6 dings on the bed set only. Bed set came with bed set, a dresser with mirror and a nightstand. There were about 10 dents on the bed, another 6 on the dresser set and mirror and two of the four chairs that came with the dinette had noticeable dings in them along with the table. The only thing in mint condition was the sectional and even that was a bit rough under the cushions. I sent the pictures to the lady WHILE THE MOVING MEN WERE STILL IDLING IN THE PARKING LOT, and asked to come in and have her look at the damage. I was told to text the pictures to their sales manager and shed talk to the main manager. I told her I could come in, they didnt want me to, I asked to have new furniture replaced (itd been sitting in the condo for about 20 minutes untouched) when they could get it in stock so they wouldnt have to discount me, and so I didnt have to deal with tore up furniture. They told me theyd call me back that evening or Tuesday. Neither happened. Today is Wednesday and I called and got the run around again, they seem very disinterested in keeping me a happy and paying customer (Ive never been late or short on a payment as Its just started.) and more interested in keeping me docile and quiet. Ive rented from Rent a center before and had only one occurrence with damaged furniture on one item (couch) and they were happy to replace it or take a fee off of it. This is my first time going to Bestway, probably my last time if this doesnt get fixed. Like I said the people are literate and pretty kind, but customer satisfaction and quality control isnt really their strong suit. My boyfriend purchased a tv and couch here a while ago and didnt make payments like he should have so they took their product back, which is completely understandable. What I dont understand is afterwards. . . After getting their product back they continued to harass us. They kept stopping by and asking if we would pay and we kindly let the drivers know that the product was already taken away from us yet they continued to harass us...waiting outside our house hours at a time and one guy even decided to have a seat on our porch and wait. I was scared. After like a couple of weeks I decided to order a bed set from elsewhere. (This is my first time renting furniture from anywhere). During the process of the other company moving our stuff in one of the Best way drivers stopped by (I was inside so I didnt know about this until after they left) and told the other company to "watch out for us" saying things like "theyll sell your stuff, dont trust them ". That is completely untrue. They had all their product back and its against the law to slander people. They slandered us, harassed us, and tresspassed. The guy walks inside and notified me of the scene that just accrued and basically threatened me or in his words "Just making sure I know the law " about selling things that Ive rented. Anyways I was pissed and called best way and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager who only played dumb about the entire situation and done nothing to stop the harassment. I was stomped at what to do because I had never had an account with Bestway. EVER. yet they treated me like some criminal and made me feel unsafe in my own home. What do I do ?

They are very disrespectful.. For 1 they pop up at your job and be telling your business while you have customers in your job.. They park any kind of way at the job ... They will keep calling your job after you done told them to not call nor show up . At the job any more . They refuse to listen .... They continue to do it.. I just believe they have bad customer service and dont know how to handle business the right way ! And 2) my cousin bought a. Bed room set from them .. It had juice stains all in it and baby roaches all in it .. And they had a nerve to say they clean it ... And had a crazy look on they face when we told them they didnt clean it

Never had a late payment. Today I called to let them know their website wasnt working for payments and trued to make arrangements to pay Monday in store. I was advised to give my credit card payment over the phone. Their line is not pci compliant and my credit card is at home, I am at work. Refused to assist. Told me to have someone get it and call them! I dont want to give just anyone my card.

They dont even deserve 1 star honestly! My due date is on the 27th they calling today saying I need to pay-today is the 24th how should I have to pay 3 days before the due date?!? When they came to build the kids beds they didnt have the tools had to borrow ours! They call references begging for business-what the crap? They are nothing but rude....RUDE RUDE RUDE!

I have had nothing but good experiences with my dealings with Bestway. Ive never gotten furniture from them, but they are really quick with their electronics delivery and very helpful in finding just what I needed. I hate that Im moving away and have to give up dealing with them.
