If I could give this store a NO STAR I would... I purchased a product 3 weeks ago, Plantronics Voyager Pro, and upon unpackaging the product, I realized it had some problems.. A crack on the top of the unit, and a crack on the microphone.. Now due to the nature of my job, I was unable to return the unit to the store. When I finally got the time to address the issue I made a call to see if they could assist. When an assistent answered, I gave a brief description of my delema and was seeking a simple solution... I was told to hold.... The mistake he made was he forgot to mute my end of the call and I heard the conversation they had about my problem. " Just because you dont like the car doesnt mean you can take it back to the dealer," was the response of the manager. The man then got on the phone with me and said he couldnt help.. I then replied with the logic that I had bought an item that had factory flaws to begin with... Still refused to help... Heres my issue... I have spent thousands of dollars in Best Buy products including two laptops, a sony vaio and a Macbook Pro, a GoPro HD camera, a sony camcorder, a canon camera, an Xbox 360 a Samsung 46" LCD TV, the CD player and speakers that are in my vehicle and numerous movies CDs and Xbox games. Its safe to say I will NEVER deal with Best Buy again... VERY DISAPPOINTING...

When entering into the store our family was greeted with a smile and welcome to the store! At first thought I was shocked because in most stores we go ungreeted until we approach an associate. We worked with Andrea and Stanley when purchasing a new phone for our son. They were friendly, nice and there was NO WAIT!. I will definitely tell all of my freinds about their great service
