I find it amazing that most review are always negitive, I have delt with this store for many years. I have NEVER had any issues To the contrary of other review, the people go over board to try and help you. Yes they offer used items as well as they offer new, it is a choice given to you. Anyone waiting for a delivery should remember things can happen from time to time, that can through off a schedule, if one client asks for something not expected and the delivery guys can do it (like move extra furniture while they are there) then that would mess up the schedule. not a big deal. The quality of the furniture from this store has always been outstanding. So please if you have NOT been to the store, Do not allow the negitive review possibly have you miss out on a oppertunity for you to have something you would otherwise enjoy in your home. I have 2 very nice sofa sets and tables that allow me to spend qaulity time with the family watching our favorite movies together. If your reading this I hope you have a wonderful day :-)
