Bought a TV and a sound bar from here. Was told itd be delivered in a week, sales guys were helpful. Decent enough. Once the day of delivery came, though, and no TV, the real experience began. After sifting through several reviews of BB and this particular location, we decided to cut our losses and drive over an hour away to another store that had one in stock (for some reason they are out of stock for weeks at a time) before they could hit us with weeks of rescheduling and the possibility of receiving a faulty product after their fifteen day policy is up. Well, long story short, my husband expected to come home to a new TV. Instead he drove an insane amount after getting up extra early for work this morning, ended up having to change a car battery to get the van that was supposed to get the TV to our house, ruined his work clothes, and we still need to install the stuff ourselves to make sure it all works. Spent 10am - 2pm trying to call stores. Only one in the whole state (after trying about five) answered after a forty minute hold on a weekday morning. Kept getting dodged by several managers claiming that they would "call me back". I called back every hour until I informed them that I sorted it out with another location myself, when that was what I was asking them to do the entire time. Bastards purposely waste your time. I feel bad for that one sales rep who was trying to help us out, but.... RIP Best Buy. Your days are numbered, fleecing people left and right.

Best Buy: Yesterday i had my worst ever experience in the world ever in my life, wasted nearly 3 hours for buying Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and they did not even give me the VR or the memory card. Though they had themselves mentioned in the promotion if you buy or pre order they will give it which never happened till 03/18/2016 or 03/11/2016 which is a false statement and i Paid $850 for the only phone. Then the staff in blue shirts asked me to call the customer service line they didnt care much so i had to call them 7 timea to get the same answer and they were of no help. Then when i bought the phone on retail price they asked me to goto AT&T and said they will activate it there which AT& T Said i have to do it online and it will take 2 to 4 days. I have completely lost my trust on Bestbuy and will recommend all of the people i know not to trust on the promotions best buy offers because they dont share 100% correct and right information regardless lead to another misconception. Waste alot of time. Shame on Best buy. Such a big company but handling customers very badly. I will never ever trust best buy ever again for such an act.

Mobile center doesnt care to understand customer needs. Purchased an S7 Edge completely unlocked (non provider affiliated). They did not have a SIM card for the phone but assured me that my current cell phone provider (Sprint) would provide me with one, even though they are supposedly capable of activating a cell phone for Spring. Went to Sprint store and they said they didnt have one either. Long story short, I returned the phone because I did not feel that after paying $750 for a cell phone I should have to call someone to either purchase or send me a SIM card through the mail. They should understand what the customer needs and that we are not all savy enough to understand everything about the products purchased from them. Lost a $35 re-stocking fee in 2 hours of going back and forth between Sprint and Best Buy, all because they preferred to make a sale than provide customer service. I swear I do not care to purchase even a cell phone cover from Best Buy.

I read the reviews however I had to go there anyways since its fairly close to my house and to my surprise the staff was very knowledgeable about my questions. I had to get a new cell phone, I ended up getting the new HTC M8 and Im so happy with that, not only that my cell phone bill was cut by half by switching provider which was recommended by a really nice guy working there, secondly I got the tablet that really met all my needs instead of spending a significant amount of money on something that didnt have what I wanted. What can I say the guys in the TV department did a great job helping me out choosing the right tv, over all great experience usually I dont write reviews however I felt that the people that had previously posted negative feeds dont give justice to my personal experience I had 2 days ago at the same location, perhaps they changed to a better management or system, whatever it is keep it that way!!

I hate this store. Not only is the customer service awful and do the managers not know what they are doing, but they sold a game I pre-ordered from them (Super Smash Bros. Wii U Limited Edition) and took it from my autistic brother. He had been wanting this game more than anything and they sold it on us. Bot only that, but we have been waiting for days to receive a copy from them when all they have been saying is "Oh we dont know when it will be here" and "Its not our fault" when it is the managers duty to make sure that everyone who pre-orders a game gets a copy of it. The manager himself has been "too busy" to speak with us personally outside of one occasion where he told us the game was being shipped to them from out of state. It still hasnt shipped yet and they are stalling for time and lying through their teeth.

Never again for me! Salesperson sold me a $100 Bluetooth headset for Samsung 6 series. Turns out, it was not a Bluetooth, but a "wireless" headset that required a port in the back of the TV that Samsung S6 does not have. So, the salesperson sold the wrong item because she did not know the product. Tried to return it today, but it was past the 15 days, so the Customer Service guy said: "You should have figured out that it was an incompatible product right away - this is on you. Next person in line, please." This was under the sign that said "If youre not happy for any reason, well gladly refund or exchange.."" Id heard terrible things about Best Buy, but Id never experienced it. I guess theyve earned their bad rep. I now have a $100 paperweight.

Spent 20 minutes wondering around the store looking for 1 items the web said they had in store. Finally someone helps me, they look it up on the computer and they tell me its in gaming and they have 3 in stock. I ask where and they said they dont know youll have to go look. I go over there and look at around till I find an empty shelf. 10 minutes pass and I finally catch someone else. I explain what the other rep said and he makes two trips into the back before he finds a box of them. Then 10 minutes in the check out line because only one girl was cashing people out while 6 people were waiting. Only reason I gave them a 3 is because they had my product and honored the ticket price that they hadnt removed.
