After 20 minutes inside, I left the store without being greeted or engaged by any member of the staff at store #559, got into my car, drove a half a mile down the street to hhgregg, and purchased the HP all-in-one computer that I decided that I wanted to buy in BestBuy, for just under $500. I will not voluntarily spend my money in a place that make me feel that way. I was not greeted at the door, as I have been in the past, and as I was at every other store I went to that day. I proceeded to the computer sales areas and was initially happy; there were not as many customers as Im used to seeing, and lots of Blue Shirts on the floor. I approached one of the tablet displays, where a member of the sales team was demonstrating the features to another customer. I watched, hoping I could learn something to ask about later. The salesperson noticed me and continued with the presentation. Clearly he was busy so I wondered off to another area. At the next display table,I started to play with one of the tablets. A salespersons looked in my direction then walked away. After a few minutes, I turned around to see that the other salesperson who Id watched was no longer on the floor, and was not at the register either. I assumed that he decided not to follow-up with me to see if I had any questions. Since no salesperson engaged me, I pulled out my phone to start looking up information on the tablet I had my eye on. Still no help. I decided to take a look at the all-in-one computers. I walked back and forth in front of a couple different models. Still no one offered to help. I looked around and saw several salespeople - some wondering alone, one cluster chatting near the registers in the department, another cluster laughing a couple of rows over. I also noticed people who had not been in the area when I arrived, being eagerly helped by members of the sales staff. At this point, I decided that I was not going to make my purchase in this store. I can only conclude that the members of the computer sales team in store #559 did not see me as the valuable returning customer that I was, or as a potentially loyal customer that I could have been. It has been a long time since I have been so clearly ignored and avoided in a retail setting.

They would get no stars if only. Their online ordering program is terrible. I made the biggest mistake of ordering from best buy on Thanksgiving day. I later decided to cancel the order and believe me not much later. I checked the e-mail for instructions on how to do so, and at website as instructed, the order doesnt appear. Its like I never placed an order at all. I waited, checked later, checked several times throughout the day, before going to bed, and nothing. I called customer service, explained the situation and two reps tell me they cant do anything, the order is ready to ship. I never received an alert that the order is in progress, I also added the text alert, got none of those. Im on day 3 of the order being placed. I call UPS once I finally get a tracking number in an attempt like they suggested to cancel the package. (Which I doubt because more than likely it may have to be Best Buy that has to cancel) UPS informs me that they do NOT have possession of the package. So for 3 days that the package is still in a best buy warehouse or what not. They cant make a phone call or any means of communication whether through pigeons or telegram, your rep cannot cancel an order? Im trying to make sense of all this because I just have to wait till the package arrives to refuse it. Take into consideration that I may not be home to refuse package and one of the carriers whether UPS or FEDEX tends to just leave the package at the proch and go on their merry way. At this current moment Im on hold on the phone waiting 30 minutes. Heres my complaint and to end, I WILL NEVER buy from best buy ever again. Worst service, worst experience ever. (Note: I left for a moment to get some water and proof read my entry at this moment its going on 35 minutes on hold) (Still on hold....over 45 minutes)

I purchased a surface pro from this place and within 3 hours of owning it it broke but that was not their fault it was defective so i came back to return it and i exchanged it for a mac book instead i absolutely love it nut this is where it gets serious i own a business and i was trying to use my tax id to take the taxes off some lady by the name of katrina told me just bring the sunbiz paper showing the name of the business so i came by and this other lady said it wasnt the right thing i was suppose to bring the actual business license so i wasnt going to waste my time driving to hialeah to come back to show i license i cannot take off my wall so to make the long story short i got into a verbal altercation with this woman and called corporate on her i ended up getting the taxes taken off in the end but the only one who helped was Micheal but other than that management sucks everything sucks about this store do not buy anything from here HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING OFF CRAIGSLIST!!!!

The customer service from bestbuy mobile sucked! they got me waiting since 12pm till 6pm to change a blackberry... and all this was cause i wasnt giving them a sale. My question was, if i had the insurance was for a reason? not 2 loose more than what i actually went there for. 6 hours of my time, had a meeting and lost a 2100 dollar deal. I was getting apprx 650 dolars from that. I could just buy another phone and still being up 200 dollars. Is not the first time they do this, not just me! A geek squad guy told me they always do that since they are not getting anything for helping me out!! Besides, they dont even have a complaint sheet for customers or anything related... ..just in case 11450 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, FL 33026 They also lied about returning policies etc... Next time that I go there it will be all recorded to get them busted!!

Worst customer service ever!! Worst store manager ever!! I ordered a product at another BB store for pick up at this store (#559). When I pick up the product, I ask for help with a technical issue. I waited 35 minutes only to be told by the manager KARLA, that I have not been waiting that long, that I must be a liar. I show her the receipt and ask her what time it is to prove that more than 30 minutes has passed. When I told her the first BB store sent me to ask for technical advice in her store, she again called me a liar. She never assisted me, only insulted me. I was finally helped by a an employee who was actually picking up the trash. I called to complain to the General manager. It did not seem that he was interested in hearing any complaint. You are better off going somewhere else. They do not care about the customer.
