While Ive done a few good pieces with them, I was very disappointed with the way in which they made a ring. They were to make a mens ring ~1/2 ounce with a blue Sapphire stone. The stone costs about $500 and they made the ring I wanted but cracked the stone, so much so that its worthless in the ring. The craftsman didnt take care in filing the gold around it and filed the stone away. The bad part is they still collected the $150 and gave me the damaged piece without any consideration. I wouldnt go there again because they dont take responsibility for their work. A piece of jewellery is an investment, more than fashion!

I recommend for very good service & product. Ive purchased from other stores, but believe that Gold Palace Jewelers has the best return policy; their restocking fee is much more reasonable than other online jewelers. Also, for the weight of the gold & the quality and finish of the bangles I ordered I thought the price was very good. The bangles are organized into categories on the website which makes it easy to find what you want and theres a very large selection. Ill order again.

This place a gem! Really...so very helpful and what beautiful pieces. And such reasonable prices that when you shop in 7 or more other stores close by you find yourself returning for they had the right price. We bought such beautiful earrings to replace ones my wife has lost. Take you time as they are patient and kind.

I have shopped at various nearby establishments, but Gold Palace is my favorite choice. They consistently have good prices and a nice selection of items. The staff is friendly and helpful and it is nice to be remembered by name when I walk in wanting to look for a particular jewelry piece.

The shipping is good (on time), service is also good but beware when you buy stuff looking at photos- they are very small. You would think the photos do justice but they dont - the diyas look big but are very tiny. So please check before you buy.
