Holtzman Zabel Wedding

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands here. We shopped around for awhile for the engagement ring and undoubtedly the quality of the diamonds and price that Barry offered us could not be beat. After such a wonderful experience with the engagement ring, we went back for our wedding bands earlier this year and worked with another sales rep who was equally as patient and honest with us. We got our bands in January, but our wedding wasnt until July, so the sale rep suggested that he try on his ring in the spring to see if it still fits properly in the warmer weather. It was a great suggestion, because she was right- his finger swelled a bit and they were able to resize the ring for him free of charge based on the metal we purchased. They were so sweet- they even gave us a cake topper as a wedding gift! We will absolutely go back to Fords for any future gifts or jewelry needs!

Went in for a watch and found pickings very slim but I was told the watch I wanted could be brought in. Well to say the least 2 months went by and no call, so I went in to see sales lady who told me If I had purchased the watch sight unseen it would have been in sooner. 2-3 weeks after that I was told that Rado was out of that particular watch but they would call me once available. I am still waiting and that was last year. I went to another jeweler that evening who had no trouble bringing watch in and I bought it on the spot - no problems. Owners of Fords Jewelers must have it nice if they do not have to worry about making sales.

Ive had the pleasure of knowing Barry Berman and doing business with him for the last 30+ years. Not only does he sell quality merchandise, his prices are extremely fair and equitable in comparison to other jewelry stores both in the area and throughout the state. Hes professional and extremely knowledgeable and always ready to help. You wont get ripped off here like you will in other jewelry stores and "bargain" places that are all nothing but a come on. I give him and his store a five star rating! You cant go wrong here!

We love this store. From fine gems, to wedding gifts & birthday surprises always has just the right gift. I live in Fords and the comment here about shady location, I suggest you stay out of Fords. If there is ever a complaint it would never be posted here, in my 35 years of using Fords Jewelers, Barry the owner is on the sales floor and would never miss a problem arising. I Highly Recommend Fords Jewelers, it is reassuring to have a store where sizing, repair, buffing and watch batteries. - Shop Local! JPE

Very nice jewelry store in a very shady (not so nice) part of town. Parking is across the street. Definitely lock your car door and hide your valuables because we witnessed a car break-in while we were parking our car. The staff is very friendly and Fords has a mix of watches, fine jewelry, and trend jewelry. We bought our wedding bands there 8 years ago and I returned last week for a prong repair. It was only $30 and they made my ring sparkle like new! I came to Fords because I trust the jeweler.

I go in today to pick up $1200 worth of rings I ordered and the woman writes up the receipt and adds the numbers in her head so my husband asks to check them before we pay. The woman rolls her eyes as if he is annoying her. She was totally rude. Then I ask another woman to clean my rings and again, she acted as if I was bothering her. I wouldnt buy at Fords Jewelers again if my rings were FREE. They know NOTHING about customer service. You are better off at the Jewelry Exchange.

I bought a Seiko watch from Fords Jewelers today. It is a very decent store. The sales-people were friendly, and they were patient for my questions about the watch. Asking price yesterday and transaction today went smoothly. In addition, the price was reasonable and acceptable. So far, I am very satisfied with the watch and their service. I would like to visit the store again in future.

I bought my first Omega PO from here, the sales person Carol was very professional and cordial, no attitude at all. The owner of the shop was deal maker and took quick decisions. One of the most honest and reputable places I have ever shopped at.I have dealt with there manager Albert many times -He is a GIA graduate Gemologist and a Certified AGS Gemologist more knowledgeable you cant find.Trust is earned and he has earned mine-Dont just take my word for it visit the store and you will see for your self
