Had a great experience shopping at Gary Michaels! It was a last minute wedding anniversary gift and I didnt have much time to shop alone. I literally had 30 min to do so, and came to the site as it opened. Matt approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he just showed me where to look. I loved that he was not pushy. I was able to walk around and look and he answered my questions when needed. I found what I wanted and he showed me it she it was a done deal. No pressure. I was in and out! He even wrapped it for me! It was a pleasant experience. The necklace I purchased was beautiful. I think the prices were reasonable for the necklaces I looked at. I would definitely shop here again!

Gary Michaels is a 10 out of 10 in my book! I have been going to Gary to handle all of my fine jewelry purchases for years ,and the staff has never disappointed. Its not very often you find such a trust-worthy group of individuals that are interested in your overall happiness instead of making a sale. Super-Refreshing! A few weeks ago I took my daughter to pick out a bday present for her best friend. We were helped by Matt Citron. Matt showed a lot of patience with us since we didnt know what to get. He showed us lots of choices and we made our decision. Because I had such a good experience I decided to shop there again today to pick out a bday present for my wife. I again seeked out Matt. He remembered us and we started to browse. He showed me several pcs until I found the perfect gift. The selection is excellent and Matt is a world class guy. I highly recommend visiting this jewelry store. You wont be disappointed - in the end I bought 2 more pcs.

Ive been shopping at Gary Michaels for years and have only experienced excellence, particularly with Marc and Ken. Ive made several purchases throughout the years but when it came time to propose to my now wife, Marc guided me through that process with ease. My knowledge in the jewelry world was limited and he was able to to provide me with the essentials before I made my purchase. Needless to say she said YES and loved the ring!! Gary Michaels Fine Jewelry is the perfect jewelry store. They have great service , Mark and Gary are very knowledgeable and sincere in helping you find the right watch, diamond or piece of jewelry. I have bought both a Cartier and Breitling watch there. They have a huge selection of both. The diamond ring and diamond studs I also bought were top quality and beautiful. Finally you dont have to go to Manhattan to find fine diamonds and jewelry. The best trait this store has is its trustworthiness which is huge in this industry. Michael is the best jeweler on earth. Seriously. I would not trust anyone else. He custom created the most beautiful engagement ring, communicated quickly and constantly with my fiancé until my fiancé was 100% happy.
