I had a real bad experience with this busness. He will promise you the world and lie toy you like crazy. He sells chineesee air conditioners that do not meet the code for Dade County. Then if you have a problem with the unit he does not warranty it and if you try to return an item he will charge you a 25% re-stockin fee. Do not buy anythin from them and stay away from the they are real scamm artists.

Excelent customer service! It is extremely hard to find honest and reliable people in Miami. It took me 2 months to find someone that could repair my refrigerator. Ridiculous! Their profile says they are open till 5 pm. Was there at 4:15 and all doors closed. Knocked 3 times and no answer. Called the number on the signs of the warehouse and goes straight to voicemail. Waste of time!!!
