I was very disappointed. My stove came in configured improperly - that may have been the fault of the factory but I had to keep calling to get information on progress. The most frustrating part was that La Cuisine just would not call me and let me know what was going on. They ***** would not return my calls******. I finally called the factory myself and got the problems fixed. My dishwasher was ordered wrong. La cuisine did do a good job of rectifying this - still, if they had ordered the correct one to begin with, I wouldnt have had to deal with it. .... My wine cooler arrived with a huge scratch down the side - I refused it. .... The refrigerator and freezer were just fine, thank god. .... I expected better service and didnt get it. Worse is that I saw some of the same things at Brandsmart for less money. Service there couldnt be worse could it?

The store is kind of hidden on 50 Aragon Avenue but once I stepped inside I was welcomed very warmly and enjoyed a professional consultation. We finally purchased a full Gaggenau package for our family vacation home in the keys. Installation and delivery was top-notch with their inhouse installer who managed to install the full kitchen in only one and a half days. We are remodeling our house on star island and will definitely go with La Cuisine Gourmet again. A special thanks to the Sales and Service team - thats what I call customer service!
