Great service in 3 recent transactions prompted me to write a review. I purchased kitchen appliances several years ago and they have performed well. During the process they were very accountable and and caught some mistakes my contractor made and saved us weeks of reorder time (re-fridge panels). Recently, while upgrading rental property appliances I did my usually big box store search, but I couldnt get the answers I needed, service was avg to sub par on product knowledge and delivery schedule. On a whim I called Bridgeville to explain the situation. What I got was a similar pricing, great service. All the time I spent trying to find a "deal" at big box stores, Craigslist, etc was a waste. In the last situation, I got a great price on a appliance, and while busy with work, put the store contact in touch with the renters and when I called to check with the renters, the appliance was in and the delivery guys helped the young college tenants beyond the norm . Very satisfied

I will NEVER buy another appliance from Bridgeville Appliance. I bought two ovens, a refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher there. The oven blew up the first time it was used. Bridgeville Appliance told me to call the manufacturer and gave me the manufacturers 800 number. The customer service that I received was AWFUL. They do not stand behind their products and have NOT replaced my oven. It has been THREE MONTHS and I still do not have a working oven. Nor will they let me return the defective oven and get my money back. I am so sorry that I bought anything there.

Service call for a cooktop repair went badly. Upon arrival serviceman noted cooktop was sunken into granite and they do not remove cooktops to get access to repair them. After tinkering around for 20 minutes and a phone call to the manufacturer, he declared he had done all he could. He then charged for a service call $100+ and wished me luck. Why was I not asked about the cooktop setup on the original phone call? It was a mistake---that will be $100+. Thanks...

I had to call repeatedly and be very patient in order to get the service/help I needed in making the right product selection. Price and follow-through were good. I hired help based on their recommendation and the person was terrible - installation was slow and sloppy. This is an indirect reflection on them, but they shouldnt recommend someone who reflects poorly on their judgement/professionalism. I wont use them again.

Charged for 2 service calls of $150.+ because I had 2 wall ovens. Charged $72 for a $24 ignitor. Safe to say I will never buy at Bridgeville Appliance and I will certanly never use them for service ever again. Sad. So sad.
