They sale junk. I went to reliable auto sales when I walked in they had a female salesman only one on duty my dad was with me (car salesman for 30 yrs) I asked her what one of her cars would she recommend for me that I needed something reliable to drive back n forth to college and couldnt afford fixing anything she said im not a good salesman im too honest, you dont want ANYTHING on this lot or any of their other lots all the cars are right up. My brother is the mechanic the owner makes him just get them running n sound good enough to sale he dont caren if they break down after they leave as long as they bought and signed the sold as is paperwork. She said her brother put his two week notice in the day before because he did not feel comfortable sending ppl especially kids on the road with some of the things the owner wanted him to do. So I went elsewhere fast forward five a cpl yrs my husband and I have no credit and only $1000 to put down on a car re-LIE-able was our only option we were told they switched owners (false) we bought a van we drove it home then we lived in Athens, the next day headed to childrens Hospital made it to logan 664 exit and it broke down. It had transmission fluid blowing out from under the car as were driving its blowing on back hatch n windows. I called reliable they refused to fix it said its our issue it was sold as is. Yet law states in Ohio if car breaks down first 30 days its a lemon n can be returned n business liable to fix It they didnt even offer to give us a discount on fixing it or even a free estimate and diagnosis needless to say we had to pay for a bew transmission. Two weeks later I start having electrical issues. My lights in car kept coming on and off as it pleased, window locks and electric window cranks worked when they wanted to and often locked itself. The turning signals only worked half the time and my headlights started flashing. I cant count the mechanics that looked at it and couldnt find the source of the problem they said the electrical system had definitely been messed with that they could tell and my dash u could tell had been removed before (most likely when messing with electricals) because it wasnt snapped on properly. The only way to fix it was to re-wire entire van which was g on a cost us more than what the van was even valued at. So we tried dealing with ut until it caught fire about 5 months after buying it. We junked it. I then bought a second vehicle drom them when having no other option financially and well im not even gonna go into that story it did have electrical issues as well but that wasnt even half the story lets just say they are very dishonest ppl and lie more than any company ever should! This below is a story from a friend regarding the issues she had: theres one on main st it got shut down for about 6 months. and Sabrena Marie Baker that was our situation i know some say well you should have known but its not just fixing problems my vehicle is messed up frame up u name it.they rigged the thing and technically they owed us our $$ back turns out it wasnt even in our name yet when.it first broke down we couldnt even get tags.we are still waiting 11 months later!!!!! this isnt just maintenance my radiator is rigged its about to.fall out my sway bar is literally crumbling they knew all along plus lots more problems.

I have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience with Reliable Auto Sales. We have bought two vehicles from here since 2006. The staff is all family, so expect a warm welcome when entering. Real, outgoing personnel..The woman who is usually there is VERY sweet, open, honest and knowledgeable. I will be back!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from here. This company is completely con artist! Their cars are ridiculously high priced and many have issues. I bought a SUV which was $7500 and two days after I got it I had to replace a part which costs $200.
