Came in searching for a part and was told Id have to order it. He said it would be here "by next week" but never specified a day. Called him the next Wednesday and he said it would be here by Friday. So I drive 30 minutes to him again on Friday and he says it isnt there and he doesnt know if he even ordered it. He told me hed for sure put it on his next order, and that the part would be there by the following Tuesday. So around comes Tuesday I drive another 30 minutes there to pick up my part. He says the same thing to me. That it isnt there, and that hed put it on the next outgoing order of his and it would be there next week. Well, its been 4 weeks since Ive spoken to Steve, and he hasnt given me a single call about the part I wanted ordered. But dont worry, Im not waiting on it, I ordered the same exact part online for half the price and it was delivered to my door two days later. Do yourself a favor and take a small journey to a larger city outside the county and buy the parts you need at better prices instead of dealing with this joke.

I recently had a new audio system installed by another shop in the area. I was extremely unhappy with that installation and unprofessional manner my vehicle was handled so I took my car to Steve at Dealers Choice. Steve reworked everything that had previously been done by the other shop. The installation now looks like it was factory installed and works perfectly. Thanks to Steve and the guys at Dealers Choice, its the only place Ill take my vehicles from now on

Terrible customer service. Gave me one word answers on the phone and seemed like I was bothering him by trying to give them business. This place will be shut down soon. Have a bad name in the neighborhood too. The guy on the phone wants to try and sound like a tough guy. Be polite and respectful to your customers and thats how you guys get business. Common sense. Absolutely horrible

I wanted my truck stereo to sound a lot better than it did stock. He made some suggestions that actually saved me money. They do a very good job at making it look very neat and clean, treated me with respect. I recommend Dealers Choice to anybody looking to upgrade your stereo. Also I think they do other kind of accessory work as well. Thank you for waking up my stereo system.

Dealers Choice came highly recommended for my truck stereo. I took a chance and came all the way from Jacksonville and was not disappointed. I later brought my Jeep wrangler back for a full makeover and I was impressed. Great prices, great work and no bullshit. I will be bringing my next Jeep back for some new goodies.

Steve knows his stuff!!! Great guy, very knowledgeable, and went the extra mile. Not often you get a person who says..."naahh you dont need that." when he could have easily made more money by selling me something that I thought I wanted. System sounds AWESOME!!! Exactly what I wanted.
