I had the car towed in to the dealership with ford roadside assistance on Wed. March 3rd of 2017. The car was over heating and was full of antifreeze. Anthony in service advised me that it may take a day or two to look at the car due to them having people out and being short handed. He called me on Friday the 5th. to tell me that the system was not able to pressurize and the proper repairs had been done to correct and repair the problem. Due to rental cost I had to leave work and go pick up the car before another rental day was charged. When I picked up the 2014 Ford Escape with 46K miles it had grease on the Driver, Passenger, and Rear Driver Seat. It also had grease on the Headliner and the steering wheel. I immediately took it to the car wash to clean it. I spent $14.00 between the Vacuum, Carpet Cleaner, the Cleaning Sponge and the Washing. After washing the escape I turned on the wipers. They started to bang and clang against each other. I called Anthony in service right back and told him I had to stop to clean the grease they had got all in the car and wash the grease off the outside. I told him when i turned on the wipers they were beating each other. He said they must of forgot to align them that I needed to bring it back for them to fix it. He said it wouldnt take long. I waited about 30 min or so on the car to be repaired again for the wiper issue. Missing time at work the whole time! I then took the car back to work after they had fixed the wipers. I worked the rest of my day out and was headed to the bank to make a deposit when the car started to run hot. I parked in the exterior parking lot of Bank of America and got out of the car for a simple inspection. I noticed antifreeze all over my car it had apparently sprayed out everywhere. I also had a small puddle of antifreeze. The entire front of the car smelt like antifreeze and had it all over the front pain where it sprayed out everywhere. When I raised the hood I noticed hoses loose as if they never attached the clamps back on the hoses. I was just shocked beyond belief! I had to cancel my Friday evening plans, wait for the car to be towed again by Ford Road Side Assistance, and rush to get a rental before enterprise closed. I was told when I got to the location it had to be a FORD (or I may be responsible for the cost) so I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to clean a Ford Fusion. I am currently in the Ford Fusion. I never had any call from Anthony or Mike from the service department on Saturday as I was instructed I would. Today is Monday May 8th of 2017. This is not the first time this has happened as my car was repaired once before and damaged. Benson ford Should have trained respectful service professionals. Plastic should always be placed inside the car to protect it. This car was 28K dollars new! BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I have pictures of the damage that was done.

I love my new 2017 mustang I bought from them but everything else was a joke. I traded in a 2010 corolla with 66,000 miles on it and they low balled the trade in value but I went ahead and did because they made it look better than it actually was with the added rebate. I went home and thought about the trade in value called them the next day to tell them I wanted to get my car without the trade in they inform me my car was taken to an auction and that it was cleaned out which I thought was very unprofessional that I did not get a call to say they wanted to clean my stuff out or did u want to. Then I had to wait on my new car to get there because they didnt have the color I wanted which was fine but before I went to pick it up I found that my trade in car in fact was there the whole time they hadnt taken it to the auction so obviously they do not do the 3 day change your mind option basically they lie to you about everything. I had to go there three times to get all of my things from the other car because they kept forgetting things then on top of that I wasnt even offered to be able to look myself to make sure they got everything. I do not recommend this dealership and I will not be going back. The sales person Brandon Williams is a joke and so is their sales manager these people are very unprofessional and obviously like lying to people. I guess because I am young they thought that they could get over me but next time I purchase a car I will be more wiser and I definitely wont be getting anything else from these people they are a JOKE. They also do not call you back like they say they will or answer your questions in a timely manner. So if you buy anything from them read word for word when you sign their contracts because obviously they only tell you what they want you to hear!

I first want to say that Ive bought numerous cars over my life, and this is the first time I have ever been so shocked at how horrible I was treated. I submitted an inquiry on a truck this dealership had in stock. I was contacted shortly after by text, and texted back and forth with a sales representative. I had given the rep all my info and what i was looking to do. The next day I still had not recieved a call yet. So after I got off work, I called the dealership. I had no clue that they closed at 8, but someone answered the phone. The guy that answered had a extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. I explained to him my situation, and he immediately cut me off and asked why I wasnt buying at a dealer in my city. Seriously???!!! I started to explain, and he again cut me off saying "have a good night sir" and hung up. I am trying to buy something from you! I am shocked you would treat a potential customer like that. STAY AWAY. If you are local to this dealership in would look else where. After reading other reviews it seems like poor customer service and rudeness is a common practice here. I will be taking my business to one of the other 15 Ford dealers within my area.

Browsing their inventory when a sales rep came on chat, asked if I needed help. I explained I was on a budgeted income and had NO CREDIT SCORE. Did they offer 0 down with low monthly payments. Repeated credit score 0. I was invited to come in Thursday to test drive a few cars that would fall into my "category" and "budget line". Thursday, I explained everything I was told on line. Was told with a $1,500. down payment, I could get a brand new car that was way to small for my needs. And the payments would surpass what I had specified in the very beginning! Hey ON LINE SALES TEAM! Get with the program! YOU WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY, AND GOT UP MY HOPES OVER NOTHING!! Then, the salesman said they will "work with" me! How on earth is that working WITH ME? They were totally AGAINST me from the minute they heard I was on Social Security. It had been years since I had bought a new car on credit, so I no longer have a credit score.
