Very friendly and helpful service at this store, and Ive found a few limited edition items that were sold out online and elsewhere. Good discounts, so it actually is an outlet store, unlike some of the others in the mall that are exactly the same as the stores in any regular mall. But the items dont seem to be rejects--everything Ive gottens been of the same quality youd find at whatever department store that carries Fossil. In my experience, their products are durable and worth the price. I have a Fossil purse and wallet combo that I bought 5+ years ago and both have held up fine, still perfectly useable. If youre a fan of Fossil products, give the outlet store a try.

We were in this store on March 15th. The store was large and the prices were very reasonable. We needed help with a bag which the manager went to back and found what we wanted. He also helped us with a previous purchase and we ended up buying another item. Altogether, this was the best Fossil store with a fantastic manager we have ever visited.
