I like Aaron. He has given me very good customer service. I do NOT like how I was treated just today by the young lady named Bree, when I came in to simply just try on the new version of running shoes Aaron had special ordered in for me to try. When I told her I came to try on and could not make a purchase yet, but planned to in the near future, she couldnt get done and rid of me fast enough. She was in a hurry, which was not much help whatsoever. I brought my NB insoles and the old version to compare them to, and after I took the new ones off to continue to look at the 2 of them, she couldnt get them out of my hands fast enough to put them back in the box. She didnt care. She did not ask questions to help, and certainly did not offer further help. If I come back for any reason, I fully intend to inform them that they lost a sale because of her behavior and will ask ONLY to deal with Aaron specifically. I was highly unimpressed. I have established customer relations with the store in Edmond, Oklahoma, and I fully intend to have that store ship me the shoes I want when Im ready to purchase. If you find a sales person at this store that you like, hold on to them and communicate with ONLY them, in order to save yourself from dealing with someone new or of lower seniority thats just out for a quick commission.

I came into the Frisco New Balance store with my " special needs " feet and I cannot find enough words to describe the incredible customer service I received by Bri. From the moment I entered the store she greeted me with great energy and a sweet smile. Bri listened to me and really cared that she brought out exactly what I was looking for . I truly felt like I was her only customer! Bri gave me such personalized service like you would a family member! I cant remember the last time I have experienced this level of dedication to making sure that I was absolutely pleased with my purchase and that I am fit correctly. Bri obviously loves her job and is very people oriented. This location has such an incredible selection of good looking shoes and even to fit MY FEET ! A xxl wide 71/2 and it wasnt even an old lady shoe! Needless to say, I highly recommend this New Balance store in Frisco at the Center at Prestonridge!

New Balance Frisco was recommended to me after shopping at several stores looking for a shoe that would not hurt my feet standing and walking on concrete floors all day. I was met at the door by Bree. She measured my feet, analyzed my walk and then had me stand on a device that showed her I had a problem with the arch in my right foot. She knew the exact shoe for me but was still patient and let me try on several styles and sizes just for my piece of mind. Of course I bought the first pair and size she suggested. I wore my new shoes to work the next day and could not believe I had no pain in my feet or legs after 8 hours of walking and standing. I was so excited I had to call Bree and thank her. I highly recommend this store and when you go there, ask for Bree. She is amazing and really knows her shoes. Thanks again Bree for your help.

Great customer service and a family-owned business! My 13 year old son has an extra-wide foot so New Balance sneakers are the best for him (and not cheap for kids!). We drive out of way to go there and we literally ran into the store moments before they were to close on a Friday night and they welcomed us. They expertly recommend a sneaker and in measuring them recognized the custom orthotics fro a local podiatrist. They staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, the store is so clean and well-organized that shopping was a pleasure. I highly recommend them and will be coming back.

I have never in my life been able to sit down and chat for a bit about my current feet problems until I came here. Cooper didnt waste any time and immediately greeted me and offered his help as I walked in. He took the time to screen my foot and explain to me how my specific situation is. I just purchased my new shoes so I cant speak yet for those, but regardless of how that goes I know Cooper had the best intentions to help me find the best match. Phenomenal customer service! I am in my 20s and was experiencing terrible pain from my feet to my lower back. They watched me walk barefoot and sized me for specific shoes and inserts. They were patient and attentive and helped me get rid of my pain. The first week of wearing the shoes, my pain was gone. Ive had these shoes and inserts for half a year now and I have such a better quality of life. I am a forever New Balance customer.

I went in today with my sis who is having medical foot pain. We worked with Brea who was exceptionally helpful measured my sis foot on a machine, found the right footwear for her issues and recommended the good arch support. She stayed overtime to help us! The customer service, friendliness was simply amazing. We were so grateful to have found this store and the help we received. Awesome staff!

I started by doing research online regarding New Balance and my need for proper arch support. This led me to the Frisco store, where I encountered Bri. She listened to my needs and wants, tweaked the fit, and I was able to walk around the store without hobbling about! Bri was courteous, informative, and most importantly, attentive. Life will be so much better without foot pain, thanks to Bri!

service could be improved ... shoes too expensive ... one of the female staff has a major attitude problem... they are nice only towards certain type of people (definitely not the intellectual kind) ... she must have repeated 5 times "these are made in America" ... I want comfort and good service ... when will good service and good attitude be considered "made in america" ?

First I will say that I am a big New Balance shoe fan. Ever since I wore a pair 6-7 years ago, its the only shoe Ill wear for athletics. The staff here is very helpful and the prices are competitive with other brick and mortar stores. If youre looking for a high end athletic shoe, Id highly recommend this location.

The staff were very attentive to us as soon as we walked into the door. After they got done with their current customer, they spent a good amount of time with us measuring our foot sizes to ensure we could find the perfect size shoe. I will be recommending this store to others.
