Purchased a pair of shoes there and after a week something wasnt right. They hurt my feet wearing them and I wasnt comfortable in them. I took them back and they were more than happy to exchange them. We fitted another pair after sizing both feet and I paid the difference in prices. The staff there is friendly and courteous with everyone and they take the time to address your individual needs. I will be headed back there when these ones need replacing. Thanks!

Step 1: go in. Step 2: see Tony. Step 3: leave happy. You will not find another boot buying experience like this, trust me. They also have a few shoes to choose from, and some really good looking casual/casual dress boots as well. Do yourself a favor, and check this place out. (Not all Red Wing stores deserve this kind of praise- you need to go see Tony.)

Best place to buy work boots and amazing salesmanship.. I did not make a purchase here because I was not looking for quite a work boots buy the salesman here was very patient with me and showed me everything he got and even when I walked out after 15 mins he had a smile on his face. Will definitely come back here when looking for a work boots.. Thank you!

5 star all the way. Quality product, quality people. I am the hardest customer to deal with. I was in the the store for 2 hours trying on different shoes and the staff was helpful and patient with me. I tried Red Wing for the 1st time due to foot issues such as narrow feet, high arch etc and the staff knew exactly what i needed. Very pleased!
