I have gone into this store and browsed many times but never purchased anything. This time I went in specifically to buy a pair of shoes for work. I was greeted at the door, had two sales people approached me with interest in helping me. I wasnt familiar with what to purchase so I did need some assistance and they were more than happy to help me locate the one I needed for someone that will be standing on their feet all day. I did purchase a pair in the store and decided to buy a second pair in a different color. The sales person placed an order for me and it came to my front door a few days later. The whole transaction went very smoothly. I will shop at RRS again and refer my friends there as well.

This is the best Rack Room that I have ever been to. The store is neat, clean, and well organized. Monika is extremely helpful. They have an awesome selection and their Rewards Program and BOGO cant be beaten. I buy all of my shoes here.
