When Im in need for work or dressy shoes I always visit DSW. They always have an extensive variety of shoes and Im always able to find what Im looking for. If the rows and rows of shoes are overwhelming you can search for what you are looking for online and then find out if it is at your location. All the sales professionals at this location are friendly and they make an effort to keep things cleaned up in the aisles. Returns and exchanges are made easy and I suggest getting on the rewards emails for deals.

After a nice gentleman looked for a size in back for me, I later asked a female sales associate to look for a size for me, she said "we dont have other sizes in back" I said " really? Another sales associate did and there are signs everywhere in the store that post ask for a size if you dont see yours." She then tried backtracking knowing I caught her in a lie...horrible customer service, except for the young man that kindly did his job well.

Do not come here if youre looking for mens shoes. A good 80% of the store is womens shoes. And whatever they have for men is either ugly, poorly made, or out of stock. Checked over ten different styles and could not find them in my common size of 9.5.

They had a huge shoe selection which was awesome and even though the place was very busy the checkout line moved very quickly. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for a new pair of shoes whether they are a man or a woman.

DSW never disappoints me. I love it here. I go to this same location of DSW because of Beth-- every single time she has been nothing but so sweet and helpful and goes above and beyond to satisfy customers.

Ive bought shoes from here a few times. Selection is decent, although I wish there were more items to choose from in some areas, such as tennis shoes.
