Customer service is great, and when you purchase shoes from there they will treat your boots so it can have a longer lifetime and give out laces when you need new ones . The treatment and laces are FREE anytime you want it. They also give out Lace keepers for Free. Yes it might be a little expensive but its definitely worth the money because they last a longtime, you end up saving money in the long run.

I was looking for a pair of Red Wings by a certain date (actually timeline - two business days - was a little unreasonable on my part). They looked into it and were not able to find what I was looking for in my time frame, but they did have it within a couple days. Great Service and Great Product.
