So, these people are trained to SELL. It is a little offputting at first when you arent used to it. But on the other hand, when you need a good pair of shoes, you need a good pair of shoes. I bought a pair of boots that I eventually decided werent as comfortable as I had thought, so I took them back for an exchange and they found the other pair I liked (I dont know how he knew so quickly, but he found them.) So in the end I have a really comfortable pair of Columbia boots for the winter that I am very happy with. I also got some awesome thermal fuzzy socks. My advice: Beware, dont step in this store if youre prone to overspending. BUT do go if you love an easy shoe-shopping experience!!!

Travis is thee best guy here, but Joe is our pinch hitter (lol sorry Joe we love both of ya!) Theyre both great without being overly pushy. Super friendly guys with great smiles. Ok, now Im sounding like their matchmaker! Im pretty sure theyre taken ladies! But if you need someone who is going to find you the perfect shoe...head to the store and ask for them by name!

Very pushy, went in for a certain brand of shoes and when he came back from the back had three different brands then I was looking at. Then to top it off was pushy on buying insoles for the shoes that I purchased. If I needed different insoles then why did he sell me the shoes? Returning the shoes and insoles tomorrow.

I really enjoy being catered to. Walk in and sit down. They find the perfect shoe that is comfortable and stylish. I have only shopped here 3-4 times in the last couple of months but the salespeople remember me and what I like. They care about their customers.

I had really great customer service from Travis. He made good conversation with me and the person I was with. He also acknowledged everyone that was passing by! Overall he made my shoe shopping easier than I expected! I would recommend this place to anyone.
