My family and I have been coming there since I was little. I appreciate their honesty and not sure why that guy Chris Jagger gave him that review. I nor any of my colleagues have ever had an issue returning a product if we were not satisfied with. Not sure why he is talking bad about a well established business that has been there for over 30 years. But what I gathered from the Chris "Scammer" is that 1. you cant determine weather it is fake until you actually play with the racket, 2. you dont seem that you have a lot of knowledge on rackets, not all rackets are symmetrical and 3. you can string any racket. But seems like you are taking advantage of a Good business and you make real customers that appreciate an honest businesses look bad.

SCAMMERS BEWARE DO NOT BUY TENNIS RACQUET from them this is a warning to everyone they sold me fake replica Yonex racquet and will not refund without fight from credit company... run from this so called business. I had 5 different Pros at my Tennis Club tell me racquet is unstringable and is cheap china knock off. Owner told me to send it back to Yonex. Awful experience I would not buy a pack of gum from this scam/business.

Excellent experience, highly recommended. I had my racket restrung and two grips changed, and he was able to do it in the same day. The owner, an older Filipino gentleman who will never retire and has been doing this for many years, teaches tennis lessons before and after working at the shop and watches the Tennis channel daily. You can tell its his passion, and I hope youll support this small business.

You have to go in the middle door, up the stairs, and take a left. The man working here is very friendly and helped us pick out some beginner rackets. He even added extra grip since I have big hands without charging me extra.

The owner, whos always there, is a great guy! I went there to get my racket restrung and he took care of it in 2 hours and did a really good job. Small space on the second floor of a building but a great shop nevertheless.
