Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I literally walked into the store and the employee was talking on the phone. He didnt acknowledge me or the other customers waiting in line to purchase our items.

Standing here at 1040 and the store is still not open yet, only store in the mall closed. Seriously its opening day in Baltimore and the hat store is closed, wow!
