I was in training today and I decided to make a trip to this store. Im from the Reading area so I was surprised to not see any customer service. I went in and not only did I NOT get greeted, but I was looking at sneakers against the wall and the two guys and two ladies who were talking right on my left, didnt BOTHER asking "is there anything I can help you with today?" Instead they were just talking about their weekend and weekend coming up. Worst Villa Ive been to ever.

They obviously dont have the experience and proper equipment to monitor the people who are coming in and spending money. Nor do they care bc someone purchased $212 worth of merchandise on my card and then proceeded to try another $190 purchase. Good job on your end making sure your customers are legitimate. Shouldve seemed a little sketchy that they decided to try and make two different purchases with the same card only 3 minutes apart!
